First of all ...

Everyone needs at least one Nayoung and one Yeji in their circle of friends, someone that is not afraid to tell you're wrong, but they will support you in everything, at the end if you get hurt they will help you get through it.

The fact that they don't have any kind of connection with Coups or even Gyu, makes them focus only on her happiness and it is kinda sad because they start to get all excited with OC FINALLY admitting her feeling for Gyu that Cheol was long forgotten.

They are really really a great addition to the story (btw, people have a tendency to make females characters without any female friends on scenarios, like the only girl in the group, it's is a little unrealistic for me, even when I have more male friends myself I still have my girls). Also she telling them that she actually tried to like Cheol, I repeat what I said last chapter, she isn't a bad person, she just make bad (HORRIBLE, UNFORGIVABLE) decisions, so I get her, maybe I gonna get soft for her at the end of it.

Mingyu... Now he knows how to say sorry? I mean, took a lot of time for him to learn for his mistakes, he needed to treat her like a toy that he doesn't want to share, ignore his friend in the freaking restaurant table and at the practice room, act like a actual child to finally realize that who loves wants happiness. I really hope he can stop with his possessiveness and being a good boyfriend, as much as he was a good friend before this mess started.

NOW, LETS ADDRESS THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM. Oc has nothing in her head, she is in the middle of the hurricane, with chaos all over her, determined to fix the mess but FORGET THAT SHE NEEDS TO CLEAR EVERYTHING WITH COUPS BEFORE KISS MINGYU?!?! Like, girl, you already disrespect his feelings too much, get your shit together, think a little, a step at time... You will have a eternity to kiss and fuck Mingyu as much as you want, BUT PLEASE THINK A LITTLE ABOUT THE ONE MAN YOU BROKE THE HEART!! THIS.IS.CHEATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I am about to compliment her, she showed me she is a selfish little creature... 😤 (Thanks God Mingyu is trying hard to redeem himself)

I totally agree with you! A Nayoung and a Yeji in your life is very very important.

They are able to focus on her happiness, but the problem is that they obviously know more about Gyu since yn and the girls have known each other since their early university years whereas she has known Mingyu since Middle School, meaning that yn has told them more about Mingyu than about Coups. Also, in my head they have, if even, only ever met S.Coups once (will be seen in an extra to a chapter) whereas they’ve met Mingyu multiple times. So, they were able to see yn be happy more often with him than with Seungcheol. They are wayyyy to focused on yn’s happiness and relationship with Mingyu that they also see Cheol as sort of someone she just tried dating, not as in a “using him” way but just a small little, not so important relationship, whereas they always thought Mingyu and her way an item when they met him for the very first time, so it’s implanted into their brain that yn and him HAVE TO end up together, without forcing them onto each other too much.

Thank you for acknowledging them as important parts to the story☺️☺️ I really wanted the OC to also not have too close of a relationship with Seventeen, but only know them through Mingyu, and still have her own circle of friends that she’s closer with :) AND YES, yn REALLY wanted to try and fall in love with him because she obviously got to know his personality and realised how perfect he is, but she also knew that that one handsome mf called Kim Mingyu isn’t going to leave her mind that easily since she had fallen for him too (later than he did for her, but still). Especially if you think about the fact of sharing such intimate moments with a person for two entire years and being close friends with them for ten or more, it’s hard not to catch even the slightest amount of feelings… I think. But yep, I agree😅 horrible decisions were made…

For Mingyu: he just never before had to “share” her, if you get what I mean… the only time she was ever not truly only his was when she got into those two relationships (one in high school with a weird dude that he got rid off quickly and that one guy in college from the prologue). But Cheol was a real threat for him, he realised that because he knows what a perfect gentleman S.Coups is. And he saw it happen right in front of his eyes and ears. But he definitely needed his friends (especially Dokyeom) to realise what he was doing and how to not have this toxic trait of wanting her to be only his, but instead just wanting her to be happy. In the upcoming chapters the OC will make sure to get him to think right (I haven’t forgotten about that kick in the dick, just waiting for the perfect opportunity:)) He will be a good boyfriend, I’m sure, and let’s try to get that possessiveness in check🤗 BUT, not gonna lie… possessive sex is still kinda hot and I’m definitely going to include it still because that’s how I started and I don’t want to lose his personality from the beginning entirely.

Character development: YES, character losing his actual personality and getting a whole new one: NO.

YES OKAY, LISTEN. You’ve just admitted your feelings to your long term best friend and crush, and he just admitted that HE’S BEEN LOVING YOU FOR EVEN LONGER, and then you’re standing in front of that beanpole of a man with one of the most handsome faces you’ve ever seen, like so perfect you want to punch him, AND YOU WOULDN’T THINK ABOUT KISSING HIM?!?! Yes, I agree, she should have thought better and clearer… but I can’t blame her sadly… I’m gonna use the fact that Mingyu must have literally fucked her stupid (I mean literally in every freaking corner of her apartment) as an excuse 😬.

Also, she almost cheated TWICE. NOT ONLY ONCE. BUT TWICE! A hoe… a real hoe damn… what character have I created… oh god. But thankfully she didn’t! And as you were able to see, Mingyu already showed a bit of his development in that scene🤓 who would have ever thought that this man could keep his hands to himself👏🏼👏🏼

Cheol also already kind of knows that it’s over, you will see what I mean by that in the next chapter where you’ll get a little inside of DK’s and Mingyu’s chat about what he overheard and then also possibly Mingyu talking to Coups😳🤭 but 🤫

BUT I AGREE, she definitely should have thought about talking to him before even initiating a kiss😔

I’m so excited to write the spin-off because it’s gonna be pure fluff and fluffy (maybe one a bit less fluffy) smut!!!☺️☺️ I might have to think about something else to get some angry S.Coups smut… a different series? Just some one shots?? We’ll see🤗

I would also just really quickly like to add (probably again) how much I LOVE LONG PARAGRAPHS LIKE THESE!!! I’m absolutely in love with reading all of your thoughts and theories and how angry and sometimes happy you are and how you perceive the characters.
