I wanted to share this fun playlist (that I have locally, in foobar2000, with mp3s, because that's how I roll), so I have remade it on Spotify for those who use it.
Surprisingly the vast majority is actually on there - it's only a handful of tracks that aren't. A few things I've been able to replace nicely with covers though (why is the Final Fantasy X-2 soundtrack not on there? Garbage platform).
It's also an ever ongoing work-in-progress as I discover new sick jams in different games, and rearrange things so it ebs and flows better. But here you are: sweet videogame music, in a curated order, that's been in the works in various forms for like 5 years.

hey, I'm a young transman and I really enjoy cosplay. I was wondering if it is considered bad if I still cosplay some of my lady characters? I still identify as male and I'm in the process of transistioning, but I don't want to come across as a trender. I really don't have anyone I know who could give me a good answer, so I was hoping you could give me some advice? Please and thank you!
NOPE NOT BAD AT ALL!!! sorry for the caps but this messages just made me so incredibly angry at whoever has made you feel like youre being a “trender.” First off, in this house we don’t use that word because it doesn’t exist and has exclusively been used to belittle and harm young trans kids with expressive gender identities and expressions (aka its transphobic). You are allowed to do whatever the hell you want with your body, wear whatever you want, cosplay whatever you want, etc, and you also DESERVE to be respected for your gender REGARDLESS of how you are presenting.
The reason why this made me so angry is because my best friend’s roommate (who has become my friend as well and I love him so much) is trans cosplays and from time to time will cosplay female characters as well. I love this kid and he’s younger than me so I feel especially protective of him and we’ve had conversations about the this topic and trumeds in general, so I never EVER want anyone to feel like they cannot be happy doing the things they love because they feel they need to uphold a certain “standard” or “look.” To be frank, with the way I look now (long hair, androgyny, painted nails, jewelry) some bitch would probably call ME a trender (and I cannot wait for the day that actually happens), but I urge you to continue being the most honest version of yourself. Being a transman does not mean rejecting every aspect of yourself that was linked to a past self. Rejection and conformity is not healing. Your current identity is not something that is entirely separate from your past selves; you are you now because of the you back then. Be proud of the journey my friend, and do some kickass cosplay.
