One thing I think can be severely misunderstood about why an area is a centre of excellence, importance, or power within a sport is that geography, and probably population density, seems to play as much of a role as monetary input.

Eurocentrism in football/soccer, South Asian administrative dominance in cricket, the Rugby League powers of England and Australia, and Rugby Union's Northern Hemisphere powers didn't just come about by accident, the proximity of each to each other or another sport plays a massive role.

It's already pretty much codified that the majority of the winning power in football is concentrated in Western Europe, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands are eminent in that regard. If money was the reason, then England would be much more prominent over a number of years, but it's to do with the proximity to each other and the transfer of knowledge between clubs, coaches, players, and countries.

Hell, Joachim Low credited learning different principles from other countries for Germany's World Cup triumph.

In much the same way, there's a chance that Italy's relative isolation from the rest of the 6 Nations contenders contribute somewhat to their more recent struggles in the tournament, though the RFU's stupid 'players based in England' selection policy effectively achieves the same ends at the player level. Fate Dream Strikers plot (based on my memory)

Guda and the team rayshift into the singularity, found Obero-- Oberto Hongou being chased by Izo. You saved Oberto with Mash catching Izo's ball shooting causing him to run away while saying "I'll remember this!!!". Oberto thanks them while also says he doesn't know who Oberon is and claim himself to be Oberto Hongo, a wandering Brazillian coach (lmao). Oberto recount how the singularity came to be by saying originally this land is peaceful with people here loving soccer. Then there's a soccer tournament which each lostbelt participate. India, Olympus, Britain, and South America are the powerhouse team until the final between Britain and South America. Britain team has the powerful combination of guardian deities, Nunnos who attack and Nunnos who protect. While South America's ace is Kuku. The match was fierce until South America came out as winner. Britain however, being a sore loser and goes on rampage causing the land to become cursed. Oberto says they need to plug the hole where cursed energy came out. Oberto also revealed that a group called Dark Crypters are the enemy they have to beat. Oberto says they have to beat them with soccer.

Then you play the game, beat each Lostbelts and their crypter, and reach the final stage.

At the final stage. They reached where the hole is and Oberto tell them to plug the hole with the ball they uses to play. Da Vinci however suspect Oberto to have sinister plot. Oberto sigh as he wonder what trauma did the Chaldea experience to have this much distrust. Then Guda and everyone heard a voice that tells them to stop. Da Vinci catch on and revealed that they were actually inside Guda's dream all along and also revealed that Oberto is actually Oberon. Oberon finally revealed his true nature here.

Oberon revealed that he just entered Guda's dream out of curiosity. Da Vinci then complain why Oberon created such a stupid dream to which Oberon replies there's no way he would ever made something this stupid. All of this insanity is 100% created by Guda's brain. Even Oberto name is something that suddenly attached to Oberon the moment he entered the dream. Oberon then revealed he did this to make Guda have fun inside a dream. The thing that spew from the hole is actually there to end the dream. On the other hand if they plug it then Guda will remains dreaming. By doing this Guda can heal his mental fatigue. Mash was touched by Oberon's kindness, however Da Vinci spotted Oberon's smiling and figured out he did this because it sounds fun to him. Da vinci says Guda has to wake up because today is weekday and they still have more job to do.

Guda and the rest then jump into the hole and in order to wake up. Oberon however chase after them because its not right if they just wake up without the climax of fighting final boss. Oberon revealed the ball they used is actually a dream egg, which grow from Guda's negativity and now can be used to create a form which Guda fears the most. It hatched and what comes out is U Eliza ORT…. Oberon is exasperated as he didn't expect something nonsensical to come out and the third act of this story still remains in comedy genre. Da Vinci mentioned that what Oberon did is actually isn't bad since Guda ended up sleeping over half a day while their mind played a sport which refreshes them. Mash thanks Oberon for this to which Oberon told them to shut up.

Oberon then tempts Guda that they can just remains sleeping however long they want, and they don't need to feel guilty since its all the fault of a bad guy like him. Oberon mentioned that even if Guda awaken they'll only see a depressing future. That its more fun to just run on the grasslands playing soccer and simply never end the story. It was at this point that the Dark Crypters showed up as they give rousing speech to Guda in their various ways. Guda then decide that they will wake up and fight.

The Crypters joins the fight against Eliza and thus forming the dream team of 4 Chaldea misfits (Guda, Mash, Goredolf, Kadoc) + 7 Crypters = Chaldea Eleven (Ignore how there are two Kadocs here).

After the fight Mash defeat Eliza with Black Barrel Shoot. Guda then talk to Oberon that they will choose to continue to walk ahead. Oberon then says Guda can do as they please.

Guda wakes up in their room with Sion being there. Apparently the whole thing is just Guda dreaming with even the real Oberon shows up and says he can't do what Oberon in Guda's dream says he can do (Whether he just lying and feign innocent here is left ambiguous).

The punchline is that seems the whole thing is just a dream. There's more dialogue after this but I kinda forgot what's it about.

Multiplayer: Yes; there are several ways to play multiplayer. Local split-screen multiplayer supports up to 4 players on one screen. Online matchmaking options are 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4V4, you can also choose between casual and competitive (ranked, more intense games). Players can load into game parties with friends, play with/against random players online, play with/against AI teammates/opponents, and various combinations of these.

Split-screen layout can be switched between Vertical and Horizontal. Cross-Platform Play is on by default but can be turned off. Show Competitive Divisions and Show Extra Mode Ranks are also on by default but can be turned off as well. Additionally, Allow Player-to-Player Trading is on by default and can be turned off. Client Send Rate, Server Send Rate, and Bandwidth limit can all be set to Low, Medium, or High. Tournament Region can be set to: US-East, Europe, US-West, Asia-SE Mainland, Asia-SE Maritime, Asia-East, Middle-East, Oceania, South Africa, South America, and India.

Violence: Boosting full speed into an opponent will cause their car to explode, these are basically RC cars though and they don’t have human drivers inside.

Maturity: No nudity, sexuality, or drug & alcohol references. Occasional mild foul language in a few of the background music songs, which can be muted.

Difficulty modes: None

Complexity: Easy-Medium; Rocket League’s gameplay is simple to play yet takes practice to master. There isn’t anything particularly complex, and there’s no story to follow, only learning how to keep improve your aiming and timing.

Instructions, saving, story recap, menus, & waypoints: When you start up the game for the first time a tutorial section immediately pops up (before you even get to the main menu), and this explains all of the basic mechanics and controls of the game well. There is also a Training section where you can access basic and advanced tutorials, as well as opportunities to focus on practicing the following techniques: Striker, Goalie, Aerial, Custom, and Free Play. Progress saves automatically after each game. The Settings menu houses all of the options you’ll need and is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for, though the text size is fairly small.

Subtitles: None, there is no dialogue.

Text customization: Adjusting the Interface Scale setting allows you to change the text and window size, however, it’s already set to 100% by default and text size can’t be enlarged. You can choose between metric and imperial units of measurement.

Quick Chat can be set to Allow Quick Chat with Everyone, Allow Quick Chat with Teammates Only, or Allow Quick Chat with Nobody (Off). Match Chat can be set to Allow Text Chat with Everyone, Allow Text Chat with Friends Only, Allow Text Chat with Friends and Teammates Only, or Allow Text Chat with Nobody (Off). Party Chat can be set to Allow Party Chat with Everyone, Allow Party Chat with Friends Only, or Allow Party Chat with Nobody (Off).

Nameplates of teammates and opponents can be set to Default, Nearby Only, or Simplified, and the size scaling can be customized. Notifications During Gameplay (online comments made by teammates and opponents) can be turned on/off or set to teammates only. Game Stat Display Level can be set to Main Stats Only or All Stats. Connection Quality Indicators are on by default and can also be turned off. Chat speaker notifications (both in-menu and in-match) are also on by default and can be turned off.

Voice acting: None

Volume settings: Master, Gameplay, Music-Playlists, Music-Gameplay, Voice Chat, Ambient, and Crowd volume can all be adjusted from 0–100%. Output Type can be set to either Speakers or Headphones. Dynamic Range (the difference between quiet and loud sounds) can be set to Default, Low (Night), and High (Theater).

Play Soundtrack In Menu, Play Soundtrack In Training, and Play Soundtrack In Game can all be turned on/off. Player Anthems can be set to Always On, Matches Only, or Off. Streamer Safe Music can be turned on, which mutes or replaces any DMCA protected soundtracks and anthems.

Voice Chat can be set to: Allow Voice Chat with Everyone, Allow Voice Chat with Nobody (Off), Allow Voicechat with Friends Only, and Allow Voicechat with Friends and Teammates Only. Voice Chat Method can be set to Open Mic, Push to Talk, or Toggle Mute. Preferred Voice Channel can be set to prioritize either Party or Team.

A random small-world side note, Mike Ault (the composer of much of the game’s music) and I go way back. It’s been years since I’ve been in touch with him but it’s seriously awesome to see how far his music career has taken him.

Photosensitivity: The ball arrow above your car constantly flashes bright white, I found this to be problematic, but thankfully it can be turned off in the settings menu. Some of the acceleration boost and goal effects are bright on the eyes but Effect Intensity can be set to Low Intensity or Default. Weather Effects can also be turned off if rain is an issue.

These can be remedied a bit by playing in a well-lit room and adjusting screen brightness (TV & in-game), backlight (TV), contrast (TV & in-game), and color settings (TV). Additionally, wearing blue light lens glasses, tinted lens glasses, or even sunglasses may be helpful.

Motion-sickness and camera: Motion-sickness is one of the biggest accessibility issues in Rocket League, but thankfully there are several adjustable settings in the Settings menu that make a considerable difference. Even so, the high-speed nature of the gameplay may be too much for gamers with medium-high motion sensitivity.

The most dizzying aspect of the game is definitely ball-cam mode, in which the camera directly follows the movement of the ball, and swings around sharply when the ball quickly changes direction; I found this to be extremely disorienting. Thankfully, Swivel Speed can be adjusted in the Settings menu, and players can also choose to turn off ball-cam mode, or set it to Toggle or to Hold when pressing the camera change button. Swivel is set to inverted by default but this can be turned off so as to swivel in the opposite direction.

Camera Shake is another troublesome feature when it comes to motion-sickness, thankfully it can be turned off. The camera angle is impressively customizable, with Field of View, Distance, Height, Angle, Stiffness, Swivel Speed, and Transition Speed being totally customizable. Video Quality can be set to either Performance or Quality, with Performance increasing the framerate at the cost of lower graphics, and Quality being higher graphics at the cost of lower framerate.

Colorblindness mode: Yes; you can also choose to turn on Force Default Team Colors, and Team-Colored Boost Meter can be turned on/off.

Controller rumble: Yes; can be customized or turned off.

Remappable controls: Yes; fully customizable.

Quick-time events: None

Physical impact: Medium-heavy; play style and intensity makes a noticeable difference, but pain and fatigue do set in after a few matches, even playing at lower intensity. Gamers with chronic pain will likely do best with playing short-medium game sessions.

Adaptability and input: The default controls are mapped well, and can also be customized. Most of the default controls are thumb input, so gamers with thumb or thumb joint struggles may have to customize their control scheme. Steering Sensitivity, Aerial Sensitivity, Controller Deadzone, and Dodge Deadzone can all be customized in the Settings menu.

Can be played with Switch Joycon controllers, controller-docked Joycon controllers, handheld-docked Joycon controllers, Switch Pro controller, Gamecube controller, Sony Dualshock 4 controller (adapter required to use on Switch), Xbox One controller, Xbox One Bluetooth Controller (adapter required on Switch), Xbox Series X/S controller, Wii U Pro Controller (adapter required on Switch), mouse + keyboard, Steam controller, Steam Deck, and any other controller that is compatible with Steam.

No touchscreen or voice control functionality (though there is an iOS and Android game called Rocket League Sideswipe that utilizes phone and tablet touchscreen).

Rocket League has a truly impressive list of settings to choose from that will help customize and improve your gaming experience. Being available on a wide variety of consoles and controllers, and with complete controller remappability, there are lots of ways to play. The ability to turn down goal and boost visual effects, and the ability to turn off the ball arrow, largely mitigates most photosensitivity concerns.

Unfortunately Rocket League suffers from some motion-sickness issues, though these can be greatly improved by tweaking several of the camera settings and/or turning off ball-cam mode. The fast-paced nature of the game may be too much for some motion sensitive gamers though. The default menu text is quite small, and unfortunately can’t be enlarged. With Rocket League primarily being an online gaming experience, it can be a bit frustrating and defeating to newcomers who are just learning the ropes, so I recommend sticking to the Casual and Training modes for a while before taking on the Competitive and Tournament modes.

Jussi Jääskeläinen was a goalkeeper, who played between 1992 & 2018 for the likes of Bolton Wanderers & West Ham United, amongst others.

Born on April 19th, 1945, in Mikkeli, Finland, he started his career at Mikkelin Palloilijat (MP), where he made his debut in 1992. He would play 64 times for the club until 1995, when he joined Vaasan Palloseura (VPS). There, he would make 54 appearances, helping the club to a 3rd place finish in the Veikkausliiga, before joining Bolton Wanderers for £100,000 in 1997.

After a season on the bench, he became the club's first choice goalkeeper, although missed out on the half of Bolton's promotion-winning season of 2000-01 season due to a cruciate ligament injury.

During the 2003-04 season, he helped Bolton to reach the 2003-04 League Cup final, where they lost to a Middlesbrough side which contained Mark Schwarzer, Gareth Southgate, Gaizka Mendieta, Boudewijn Zenden, & Juninho.

The 2006-07 season saw him lead Bolton to a 7th place finish in the Premier League, qualifying them for their 2nd UEFA Cup in 3 years. This earned him Bolton Wanderer's Player of the Year, as well as the 2007 Finnish Footballer of the Year.

He left Bolton at the end of the 2011-12 season, following Bolton's relegation to the Football League Championship. By this point, he had played 527 games for the club, including 474 in the league, & 11 in the UEFA Cup.

He officially joined West Ham United in June 2012, where he made 57 appearances for the Hammers between 2012 & 2015, notably helping them reach the 2013-14 League Cup semi-finals, where they lost 9-0 on agg. to Manchester City.

In 2015, he joined Wigan Athletic, helping them win the EFL League One in his first season. He would leave in 2017, before playing 1 game for ATK in India, retiring in January 2018.

On the international stage, Jääskeläinen played 56 games for Finland between 1998 & 2010. His debut came in March 1998, in a 2-0 win against Malta. However, despite this, he never played at an international tournament.

As a coach, he joined Wrexham as a goalkeeper coach under former Bolton teammate Sam Ricketts. He temporarily became a joint-caretaker manager alongside Graham Barrow & Carl Darlington for Wrexham's 0-0 FA Cup draw against Newport County, before going back to a goalkeeper coach. He would leave the club in June 2019 He also had a brief management career, as the joint-caretaker manager of 🇬🇧Wrexham AFC in 2018.

He has two sons who are also in football. His oldest, Will Jääskeläinen, currently plays for Woking, having previously played 4 games for Crewe Alexandra. Meanwhile, his youngest, Emil Jääskeläinen, currently plays for LIU Sharks, the soccer team of Long Island University.

Excruciating slow and lengthy professional sports (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS) have witnessed concerted effort to reduce time to keep fans engaged. Making a better TV for viewers with more action attracts the next generation of fans. Athlete and fans are spoiled with choices. And, the appetite for engaging sport aside from football, basketball, hockey, baseball and soccer brings the newest world sensation back to America: CRICKET! Cricket once a popular sport in America, began waning in 1908. Starting around 1905, the number of matches dropped and clubs began to close. Last match was played in 1913. International apathy caused an irreversible decline. Haverford College played as late as 1925 at a high standard. Today, Haverford College continues to play cricket.

Cricket is often compared to baseball. It is also a bat and ball game played between two teams. The batting team has two players on the field and bowling team has eleven players on a field. At the center of field there is a 22-yard pitch. Each end has three stumps and between the stumps are two bails, combined called wickets. Six legal balls are bowled in an over. Overs determine length of the game. Bowler delivers from one end of a cricket pitch to the batting player.

Over the years Cricket has introduced various formats. The five day Test match exist to test skills, character, stamina and temperament with unlimited overs. One Day International (ODI) has single inning each and 50 overs that lasts 7 hours on average. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic this league has grew to whopping 341 million viewership in 2022,  2,561% increase. The league's economic impact is now being valued at USD $621.2 million. Cricket has witnessed fastest growth in comparison to any other sports and every formats has volume of followers. USMT10 league is for yesteryear‘s highly celebrated athletes.

International Olympic Committee (IOC) intends to provision this short format cricket for Los Angeles 2028 (LA28) Olympics.
