update on the uni breakdown for everyone who sent support & kindness & advice: one of my profs got a very sweet woman on our admin team (and one of my past profs) to reach out to check-in with me and help apply for term extensions on medical grounds so. thank you for talking me down the other night & sharing your stories because it truly helped more than i can say

#she shared that she's recently started meds for depression too and just. the relief of being understood #of having someone go 'let's plan enough time so you can rest and eat and if you have a bad day tomorrow and can't get out of bed it's okay'#kinda like the messages here <3 #apparently the collective mental health of the program is the worst she's ever seen #so worst case i'm looking at one potential pass/fail depending on how generous that prof is #which is much less scary than it looked a few days ago #a talks
