personally I would never attempt to contact any celebrity. who they project in public is just that (a projection) as a consequence of their identities as celebrities as so why would I want to communicate with a persona. if that makes sense. like the individual themselves could be typing and responding in the micro but on a larger scale they have an image to pay attention to and that'sg going to shape their behavior so...nah.

#steph had a rly good post abt how celebrity personas can and do co-opt like. gay aesthetics to profit #(and accessorize from imo)#so the argument that 'real ppl can't gaybait' is moot bc celebrity personas are NOT real people #if I'm remembering it right #bc yeah that absolutely happens and it's naive to the point of farce to insist it doesn't #and that a celebrity with a a public face and a brand and a PR team has the same relationship to like. what they show to the world #as a private ordinary individual #cor.txt
