When you spend an hour writing a scene only to realize that you've already written said scene and the next 4k a month ago but labeled the file wrong.
#fun tales from my writing *process*#so it turns out I didn't accidentally mark part of my outline as written which wasn't yet after all#I hate working on 15k+ chapters#or oneshots#even if I do split them into sections#it only comes to bite me in the ass#and I swore I wouldn't do it anymore#because multi chapter fics exist#for a reason#but chapter 3 of Faroe Gone really can't be split up#and it's so much longer than 15k#it's driving me absolutely bananas#random ramblings#is this the punishment for setting ALaWHEO aside for a day despite not having reached the part I want to before s3 drops?#there's no need to be jealous ALaWHEO#you're still by fav
