#low stakes 🦇#📗 bonus bits#07 the green one#🦇 einarr#viking noises#🦇 morten#🦇 rune#på norsk#🦇 bat#anyway i love them#and this is also why i don't normally write their dialog in their actual languages#as you know#einarr especially because normally he tends to dumb down his norse/try to speak nynorsk to be understood by the norwegians#nynorsk. with an old norse flair. yeah#morten and rune speak western dialects. but they're different western dialects#and only mort's dialect is native to me#so if i were to write LS in norwegian i'd either have to go HAM on the linguistics for total accuracy#or i'd have to simplify it and make most people use bokmål (ewwww) and einarr be the one with nynorsk#or alternately make everyone speak nynorsk! but let einarr use more archaic forms! i think i prefer this option just for readability#thing is i don't know nynorsk well enough as school completely shattered my confidence in it HAHha#so english masking it is#but i'll still treat myself to little panels here and there
