it really has been horrifying to realise that my need to overeat bc i'm never not hungry is literally bc of insulin resistance not letting enough sugar into my fucken cells
#is it not enough to botch my gonadal functioning and give me hormone that makes you want to kill yourself#and that it's going to be HELL getting someone to help me bc people still think it's the overeating that caused insulin resistance#instead of the reverse#so everyone's just gonna uselessly 'um have you tried not being a pig about it'#woofy posts
