Irritation fills the Harlequinn with ease, red-painted lips sticking out in a pout at Constantine when he speaks up. It takes everything in Harley not to roll her eyes at him.

This is, after all, his fault. Never mind the fact that without him she might have gotten into a world of trouble but she would have been able to make it out, she always does.

She's not the Queen of Gotham for no reason, after all. She didn't kill Joker out of pure luck and take over his empire. She is a force to be reconked with, she doesn't need a man to save her.

Even if that man is incredibly attractive and probably saved her life.

Only to end up in this backfiring even more and now they've got unknown assailants after them like some kind of assassin group. Oh, wouldn't they love to kill the Queenpin? They won't be so lucky, she'll kill them long before they get the chance.

After all, she's shaken up the city of Gotham quite well over the past month of taking over. Most fear her already for merely taking Joker down, some want to get in her good graces, and some - the foolish ones - want to kill her.

"This is your fault, sugar. If you hadn't interfered with your weird but really cool magic mojo, these bastards would be dead and we wouldn't have assassins after us! I can take care of myself just fine, y'know." Surely he's heard about her? And her reputation?
