#it's public now!#hoping hoping hoping we get enough cards#honestly wildbrain is one of the better studios to work for from what I've heard#but a union would make sure none of our benefits disappear with new leadership#plus solidify rates and inflation raises instead of making people have to initiate every year#plus with how they're trying to prevent it leaves a really gross taste in my mouth#they keep parroting 'direct lines of communication' as if they really do care about individual employees#since it's the closest they can legally get to criticizing a union lol...#anyways#hot labour summer 👉😎👉#also it would be nice to keep my health benefits between contracts#it feels very stupid to reschedule dentists appts when they fall between my contracts#not art#union
