Grumpy Thomas is very much entertaining if Im being honest, very well executed in this, if I do say so myself

William, internally: I'm sure it was something along the lines of "Please don't kill me, Mr. Afton," but that's just a guess on my part.

William, internally: For one thing, I would've done it. I ain't picky. It's just not how things worked out that day. Number two, your father's fucking horrible and I would be a far better father for you than him (< not by much. actually kinda sucks as a father).

more thoughts on the Fnaf Rewrite. sorta based off of this song (which also has a Fnaf animatic about it, fun fact!! and it looks super cool!! here's the animatic version, it has subtitles :]) and. there's two sections of the song that i'm thinking about specifically:

"Corpses met with Hallmark afterthoughts.

Apparently they're sorry for the loss."

so like. this is just William with the MCI kids + Charlie during/after the funerals. like, William was a part of the company, and for most of the kids, he had some form of connection with their families; Gabi and Naomi were Liz's friends. it'd almost be weird for him to not extend their families the same comfort they had given him when Liz had died. for Baker and Kelsey (although Kel's body wasn't discovered until much, much later; closer to around maybe 2008-2010), their brothers were friends with Michael, and the kids themselves were close to Cassidy. again; kinda weird if he didn't say anything. same with Charlie, but with the added fact that the Aftons and Emilys were rather close together. in general, though, it was because y'know. They Kinda Went Missing/Died In One Of His Restaurants. so it would probably look suspicious if he Didn't say or do anything for the grieving families.

Ough so I love the animatic and I love thinking about the inherent horror of William going to the kids funerals.

I was mildly jumpscared at the end of the animatic with The Afternoon by lemon demon (since ya know genloss founders cut just came out and I associate that song heavily with genloss. It threw me for a loop haha)
