Were lunch breaks always this boring? That, Y/n couldn't tell. After all, she had spent lunches for the last few weeks with Okarun on the school terrace talking about who knows what.

She wouldn't even be here sulking with her friends in the classroom, she could have been at her favorite place with Okarun if no that idiot had lied straight to her face.

"I'll be working on a report," he said. And maybe she would have believed him if not for the answer he gave when Y/n asked to hang out later after school: "I have stuff to do."

"Ugh. I'm gonna buy some drinks," she exclaimed getting up. "Orange juice for me!" her friends ordered.

What was Okarun doing now? Reading occult magazines? but he could have done the same while eating his lunch with Y/n. Working on a report? maybe but the girl had her doubts. The last months or so they've spent together looking for Okarun's balls, the dude never even uttered a word about assignments. what came over him now?

As Y/n strolled around lazily with her friend's drinks in hand, she stopped dead in her tracks. There was Okarun, doing what seemed to be push-ups, the only thing extraordinary being that Aira Shiratori was under him. Y/n even noticed her eyes were closed.

Y/n's heart began thumping loudly against her chest. What were they doing? Kissing. It couldn't be right? Please! Knowing Okarun, he had never even held a girl's hand in his entire existence. A kiss would be the stretch of the century!

Y/n really wanted to see where the two were going with this, but the drinks she was carrying fell with a thud loud enough to make Okarun startle and look around.

Y/n swore their eyes met. She turned at the speed of light, running away from the two.

"Y/n! Wait, its a misunderstanding!" came the pleading voice of Okarun. But Y/n couldn't hear him over the loud thumps her heart was making, nor could she see with tears covering her vision.

Tears? Why were there tears? She couldn't possibly cry just because the idiot she fell in love with was just seconds away from crashing his lips against the girl who calls her a demon?

Suddenly, Y/n was stopped in her tracks. Okarun was holding on to her sleeve, his other hand carrying the drinks she had dropped. His eyes were pleading.

"I've had enough!" Y/n snapped, snatching her arms from him. "'I have a report to work on,' yeah, right! The report was on the anatomy of female lips, right?"

Y/n could no longer hold back her tears. They streamed down her face endlessly, her eyes red. Okarun had tried to wipe them away even if he was confused as to why the girl was crying, but Y/n backed away.

"You should get back to your bae, she'd be waiting for her kiss," she remarked turning away.

The poor drinks were dropped yet again. Okarun grabbed her wrist, making her face him by force.

"I'm in love with you, so would you please stop with the remarks?"

His voice held a hidden pain. His hands were trembling. He still had not processed what he just blurted out. When it did, he let go of her wrist, backing away a few steps. "Sorry."

The guy was looking down, his mind on overdrive. Did he just confess to Y/n as a request? That was so lame! Of course she would reject him. There's surely no questioning that!

But unexpectedly, Y/n made him look up. His eyes still had not focused on the girl standing before him before he heard a crisp "smack" and the pain stinging in his ear.

Y/n had slapped him. Not that hard that it would hurt, but it still came as a shock. Before he could recover, however, he felt Y/n pulling him by the neck.

In an instant, their lips were clashing agsint the other's clumsily, both amateurs. Just as Okarun was about to register what was happening and maybe even wrap his hands around Y/n, Y/n pulled away.

"I love you too!"

She burst out. "I could tell," Okarun mumbled. When he came to, he looked as shocked as Y/n. Then with the greatest look of betrayal in his eyes, and a hand over his stinging cheek, he asked with faux fury, "What was the slap for then?"

"You deserved it," Y/n smiled, poking out her tongue. "You're officially my boyfriend now," She smirked pulling him by his tie.

"I guess we wouldn't get our drinks today?"

it was her friends who were watching the whole scene play out from their hideout, watching giddily as their friend finally made her move. Took Y/n long enough.

Look I just want to know what excuses Aira's coming up with to tell her dad for whatever weird behavior comes with fighting aliens and yokai; because at least with Jiji we can assume his parents have some kind of notion about the supernatural given everything that happened in their house (plus Jiji just seems like the kind of kid to come home at the end of the day looking like he spent his day playing around in a muddy ditch) but I can't get this mental image of Aira's dad just being like "I don't know what's going on with you and I'm not sure I want to" out of my head

•Him as your spouse? Ah! Whenever the light seeped from the window to alert you the day’s started, he’d stir awake from his slumber. Unlike his energetic and curious self, he’d take in a moment to stare at you, reaching his hands to touch the face who always faced him whenever you’re asleep. But when he was about to touch the skin, he was afraid he might wake you up instead. So he kept it to himself, staring at you before getting ready.

•When you’re awake, you’d already see him at the table eating breakfast and getting ready to go out. He’s already prepared, taken a shower, eating breakfast—whilst you barely took a shower yet, and hadn’t eaten breakfast. You always woke up in time before he left just to see him off before going back to your bed and sleeping some more.

•”How’s your sleep?” he’d be the type to ask you that every morning without getting bored. He stood up from the breakfast table and walked towards you like usual, with a smile blazing his face before he set off to the world of idols. He wouldn’t exactly kiss you out of the blue unless you initiated him, because he wouldn’t want to make you feel uncomfortable. So he’d just offer a hug and go out.

•He didn’t exactly understand Valentine's things, and what you’re supposed to do. But he did know about gifting to partners from Aira. So every time he’s done with work, he’d go to some shops trying to figure out which gift would you like to receive. Though he didn’t exactly know why valentines are special when he get to spend everyday with you.

•He hoped you liked the gift he got for you. Though, he wasn’t sure if the gift had been a good idea from the start. Since almost everyday, he seemed to get home gifting you with snacks, or anything he found.

•And when he arrived back at his house, the first thing he did was call out your name and announced he’s home, something done occasionally just to let you know he’s here and you’re no longer alone in the house/apartment (whichever you preferred). Though, all work would’ve sucked normal people’s energy, he didn’t seem the least bit tired from the day. Instead, he seemed to be more elated with the gift and the thought of seeing your reaction.

•You came to him, which he’d give the gift to you with the happy grin he’d always show. “I don’t know what’s the best gift for valentine since I don’t think there’s anything more special than being with you everyday. But here, I hope you’ll find it to be of good use. Happy valentine, (Name).” He gestured the gift to your holds, which you accepted.

•During the night, he’d snuggle up against you, head in the crook of your neck as he tried to search for comfort and warmth reserved specially for him. He’d never get bored of your scent calmly alluring him to sleep. Ending the day with a thankful praise to the universe for letting him to end the day with you, he’s looking forward to starting the day with you again the next day.

Aira Shiratori

•You have that one kind of Kpoper spouse. Well, not exactly Kpoper since he’s more of a Japanese Idols’ fan, but he’d be the type to introduce you to his idols and you both would sometimes late at night watch concerts together, arms locked together and hands intertwined as he sang praises.

•Once you caught him asleep in the middle of his fangirling session and decided to cover him up in warm blanket, trying to be careful not to wake him up from his sleep.

•When you both decided to sleep on the bed, he’d never let you go from his grasp, always holding onto you until he’s awake the next day.

•You're usually the first to wake up. Always opening your eyes and huffing a gentle smile as you saw Aira peacefully drifted off into his slumber. Knowing how he’s a light sleeper, you couldn’t exactly move a lot, or else he might’ve been woken up by the bed rustling movements.

•He’d started the day with cuddles on bed, a light kiss after breakfast, and his usual beams of love reserved for you. No matter how old they might be, he’s never too old to tell you his “Love you”s. He then set off to work, already missing the bed and your embrace even if it’s not a minute to work yet.

•Though, to him, love is everyday, he’d find valentines to be especially extraordinary—he tried to finish his works early just so he could have time to find some gifts on shops and give them to you, spend time on bed with TV on with you whilst holding onto each other’s hands like usual.

•And so, he rushed all his work, went to the shop and went through a dilemma breakdown as he couldn’t decide which one should he give, went back to his home and smiled and announced his presence. “I’m home, (Name)!”

•He’d be rushing towards you, giving you the gift and wanting to see the reactions you had, anticipating as you pulled out the neatly wrapped gift. “Happy valentine day, (Name)! Though everyday is special, days like these are extraordinary since I just want to spend time with you watching movies until late at night. I love~!”

AHHHH I LOVED DANDADAN EPSIODE TEN SO MUUCCCHHHH. spoilers ahead :p (pls tell me it added a break)

okokok. where to even start.

first of all, as aira shiratori’s #1 fan and defender, i really loved her in this episode. i like how she didn’t bad mouth momo and even confessed it was her who started the rumour, that was sick of her. i also think she’s just adorable sue me, her and momo match each others vibe and i think this is really the friend group where she belongs: no pressure to be perfect or pretty, she can be mean, get into scraps over sushi but once it’s done she’s still there with everyone figuring out how to help that alien.

two, speaking of the alien, what a cutie pie. i mean the fact that he just wanted to help his son, and that whole scene of him having to leave while his son cried for him? adorable. i don’t know if there’s any significance to the “chiquitita” nickname, but if there is lmk! i just thought of ABBA icl. (plus the cow abduction at the end? fantastic use of a classic alien movie trope)

finally, jiji is here!!! i imagine he’s gonna bring some drama? but i can tell yet if it’s gonna be all in okarun’s head, or if he’ll actually be trying to get momo and see okarun as competition. basically is it gonna be a aira and momo type deal or will okarun just be freaking out. im really excited to see what his deal is, he looks like a stereotypical “cool guy” so i wonder if that will be part of his character but get inevitably subverted like what happened with aira.

anyway, another fantastic episode, got this show is a masterpiece.

You were walking to you class not really paying attention since you had headphones blasting music. You didn’t see nor hear Aira bumping into you. Once you fell on the ground you realized what happened. Now in Airas mind she was SO pissed at you but wanting to keep her reputation she’ll be nice to you.

Once you noticed you got on you feet, “hey I’m sorry are you good?” You lend out a hand wanting to help her up. She looked up at you as she grabbed your hand to get up. “Oh I’m yes I am and no I’m sorry I wasn’t looking where I was going.” Once she got on her feet she realized how tall you were compared to her and her eyes kinda darted your body a little. When looking at your face, she knew exactly who you were. [Name], known to pull women by looks and cool personality. You were just so fine. She blushed a little where you didn’t know, she low-key had on crush you. She was in her dreamland where you were confused and waved a hand in front of her which made her jump a little and made her focus be back on you. “Hey Ms. Shiratori are you alright?” As soon as you said that her heart did cartwheels and she squealed in happiness that you knew her name and how you said it “THAT WAS SO HOT!”

“U-um yeah I am.” Aira was still blushing. You caught on how she’s feeling now, you immediately grinned knowing you made her blush. “I can see your blushing” you teased as she got all flustered and denying it, but you touched her shoulder and kissed her lips. She was so surprised but didn’t deny it as she kissed you back. Only twenty more second you pulled away with a grin. “I knew it. Would you like to go out after school? Like a date.” Aira just stood there frozen and nods. “Alright see you tonight.” You winked as you walked to your class. Once you left her view she was fangirling so bad and just thought about you the rest of her day.

Days later you two became a couple and it spread like wildfire. Let’s just say you two are the hottest couple in school.
