He smiled, not missing a beat. "I'm glad they did".

The rest of the group watched you both with satisfied grins, clearly pleased with their little scheme. the current singer is called papa emeritus iv

- papa iv is endearingly called popia because before being papa, he was known as cardinal copia. he succeeded the previous three papa emeritus (primo, secondo, terzo) after the three have been killed. he also inherited the ghouls (specifically terzo’s ghouls).

- they are the people that tobias forge (papa) hires to play live! theyre not a concrete band since these instrumentalists could be/had been replaceable :((

- when ghost debuted, there were only four ghouls: fire, water, earth, quintessence. these titles are reflections of the instruments they play! fire (lead guitar). water (bass guitar). earth (drums). quintessence (rhythm guitar). later a keyboard instrumentalist was added and they were dubbed as the air ghoul.

- as the band grew more popular and more instrumentalists came and went, the fans began naming them. at the top of my head; notable old members include: alpha (fire). omega (quintessence). mist (water). ifrit (fire). zephyr (air).

Brittany here is a succubus from Hell! Although, unlike the traditional succubus with their sexual tendencies, Brittany feels little to none sexual attraction which she got some funny looks for from her family. Her cheery disposition and enthusiasm irked others out and during her school life was just known as the weird kid. The one friend she did make during her time in school was Zeke! More about em here :D

Bonus fact about her is that I used to have an oc that was completely opposite to Brittany- apart from the fact she was a demon too. I scrapped her.

As for Frankie- he's a positive, upbeat monkey in his late thirties who works at an office job in the Big City and lives in the suburbs by himself. He's a popular guy in and out of work, being friendly with colleagues and neighbours! He loves to help out whenever he can and also golfs in his free time. However, he was once married and even had a kid. Once the child arrived, his wife began to change and grew more abusive to the both of them. Eventually they divorced and his wife took custody of their kid, who he manages to remain in contact with. Frankie keeps this past secret from his new life with work and neighbours, as he's somewhat ashamed of it. He's also allergic to nuts! :D

Anywhoodle, what do I think of Captain James Bartholomew Hook, AKA the Vainglorious Vengeful Swordsman?!

Well, despite the fact that his tiny waist and hourglass figure make my knees weak. His prominent, sharply defined chin that juts forward with a hint of arrogance. His face is a portrait of cunning with high cheekbones and a perpetual smirk. Luxurious, jet-black curls cascade down to his shoulders, always impeccably styled. His thick, arched eyebrows convey a constant look of mischievous plotting. And finally, his mustache is a thin, curling work of art, highlighting his sophisticated yet sinister demeanor. Not to mention how proud I am of him for getting over his fear of crocodiles—I think he's DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS! Who doesn't love a man in heels?! 😍😭💖

Now, where was I going with this? Oh, yeah! Who do I ship him with?

Okay, I ship Hook with Jafar, Hades, Gaston, Maleficent, Ursula, Cruella, the Evil Queen, Tinker Bell, and finally Aurora/Briar Rose.

Hook and Aurora are my current OTP based on my mood right now because I love to imagine Aurora wrapping her elegant arm around his delicate, womanly waist and pulling him close as she uses her mighty faerie shield to protect them both from the Fractured. Aurora is a wrecking ball with rose-shaped bangs and a flowy dress that makes his knees weak~

Hook's the only one who consciously remembers to call Aurora by her preferred name, Briar Rose. Mickey and the other guardians slip up constantly, but she's too polite to say anything and appreciates that Hook always remembers. He often engages in chivalrous acts, like offering his hand to help her down a step or draping his crocodile skin coat over her shoulders when it's cold. He likes to play his piano for her and grows daffodils (a headcanon inspired by Shrek 3). And guess whose hair is the same color as daffodils? 👀

Now what do I think of Prince Adam of France, AKA The Beast and the Knight-Errant of the Enchanted Wood? First off, this beastly beauty is looking sharp in his family armor! Puns fully intended! I love that his armor is a family heirloom, with that rose emblem is on his breastplate and cape. You know, I always liked Beast/Adam's human form, but Disney Mirrorverse made me LOVE his human form! Look at him; he's like Edmond Dantès from Manga Classics: The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas, Jareth the Goblin King, Howl Jenkins Pendragon, and Adrian Țepeș/Alucard all wrapped up into one! Seeing a grief-stricken, half-formed beast is something I never knew I needed in my life! Oh yeah, knighthood and that battle axe look gewd on him.

Okie dokie, I ship this beastie boy with Belle, Gaston, Aurora, Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine, Tiana, Cinderella, Aladdin, Hercules, Kuzco, and my fave, Elsa.

I love him with Hercules because Herc is just so sweet and soft to him. But... Beast and Elsa are my OTP because my friend @frie-ice brought the "Beast of Intentions" Disney Mirrorverse event to my attention and lost my mind. I ship them because they're both social outcasts who were ashamed of who they are and thus shut themselves off from the rest of the world. But I love to imagine that they take comfort in and identify with each other over their shared experiences of isolation and self-discovery. Beast, with his struggle to accept his monstrous form, and Elsa, with her fear of her uncontrollable powers, found solace in one another's understanding and empathy. Together, they learn to embrace their true selves, heal from their past wounds, and discover the beauty in their unique qualities~

Now what do I think of Queen Anna, AKA the Ward of Arendelle?! I love this little ray of sunshine right down to her perfectly coiffed hair bun, elegantly accented by the striking white streak that runs through it. Her armor is nothing short of magnificent! Encrusted with troll crystals, embodying the enchanted protection she wields! The Joan of Arc-esque design symbolizes her bravery and leadership, with intricate detailing that showcases both strength and grace~

She is my favorite melee guardian to use because of her special ability called Elemental Surge. This ability is fantastic because it wrecks everyone within her circle, unlike Hercules and Snow White's abilities, which are limited to one enemy. Anna has carried me through this game and was my strongest melee guardian until I got a duplicate Snow White crystal that unlocked her fifth astral rating/level.

I ship this sunspot with Merida, Ariel, Cinderella, Belle, Moana, Jasmine, Elizabeth Swan, Rapunzel, Aladdin, Hades, Aurora, Mulan, Ian Lightfoot, Snow White, Tiana, Kuzco, and finally, Sheriff Woody Pride. Anna just has that personality type that makes her very shippable.

Despite Anna and Buzz Lightyear being in the Hopeful Heroism Disney Mirrorverse Event together, they see each other only as friends. Meanwhile, Woody is a rugged, heavy-hitting cowboy who secretly crushes on Anna... hard! He gets all flustered and stutters around her like he did with Bo Peep from his source world. Anna, ever the warm and welcoming soul, remains oblivious to Woody's feelings, treating him with the same kindness and camaraderie she shows every guardian. Woody's heart races every time she smiles at him, and he's constantly torn between his duty as a sheriff and his burgeoning feelings for her. He’ll throw hands at any and all Fractured to protect her and often lets Anna wear his hat, a gesture of his deep affection and trust. The two share a unique bond, sometimes even finishing each other's sandwiches~

This game has truly provided a canvas for me to think of so many imaginative scenarios and relationships. There’s a lot of fun and potential in exploring these characters’ dynamics because, since their source worlds have changed, maybe that means their romantic and platonic relationships can change too. For instance, we know that Belle and Beast end up together in their source world, but ever since two blazing stars, one light and one dark, collided, their destinies have shifted. This opens up new possibilities for who they could become and who they might connect with. So maybe Belle might find herself attracted to a big, blue, compassionate, and caring guy like Sulley. 😳👉👈

The other fics in "NH Month 2023" are great, too, but there's a little bit more of a closure for the "Red Strings of Fate" and "Time Travel." 11pm is a great time to start a 100k slow burn - I know Powerful_Niya's "Reckless Love" 2-shot probably isn't 100k, but it's definitely on the longer side of fics posted this month, and I did start reading it around 11:00. Anyway, delinquent!Naruto and angelic!Hinata are to-die-for in this fic. They are both down bad for each other and practically in denial about it!!

I don't think I'll be able to sleep well after that - @spaciousignatius posts NaruHina fanfics like...maaaybe once a year, and "Taken" is so terribly melancholy yet so worth the wait 😭 I love it and just hope that Naruto and/or Hinata somehow gets even against these military guys.

🗣 - sorry for the m.i.a. I have been trying to force myself to watch Bookklok and it's just not working (executive dysfunction be damned because the funniest joke is in that episode!) Anyway 💕 I had a small HM!Toki thought while dying at work today (Happy Good Friday!)

So, the beloved Dethphones. Toki's lockscreen is definitely some kind of risqué photo of Skwisgaar. I dont think it would be a full nude, but its VERY close. Very Playboy Bunny-esque. (Imagine Dethklok hangs out with other bands for a sec) Everyone knows about her lockscreen, I mean, its RIGHT there. And Toki adores it. But what they don't see is her homescreen, which is a photo of Skwisgaar during one of their indoor dates, where shes in a sleepshirt she should of thrown away ages ago, her hair is up, shes clearly got her skin care on, in bed, but shes full on laughing out loud at something. A real candid shot. It's Toki's favorite photo of her. She makes kissy sounds to it when Skwisgaar isn't around.

Now Skwisgaar is flipped. She's got the goofest fucking photo of Toki on the front. Either she's drunk, upside down in a bush or it's just a really unflattering photo of her. Something stupid and others always look at it and laugh and think "Oh its an inside joke" or whatever. And Skwis is like "Yeah thats my dumb jerk off girlfriend. 🙄" but her home screen, which no one has ever seen, is a professional shot of Toki on stage during a show, COMPLETELY in the zone on her guitar. Just, fully empowering the instrument. Skwisgaar actually paid the photographer to let her have the photo and then deleted from their drive because no one is allowed to look at her girl when shes looking THAT good. She makes goo-goo eyes to it all the time by herself. (Toki has never seen this photo either.)

This is just a little something I cooked up while trying to keep my cool at work. Okie byes! 💕

5 Agere Activities for a Rainy Day (Indoors Edition)

Ciao lovelies! We’re moving into spring here where I am, and with the spring, comes LOTS of rain. There are many outside ideas to do for agere, (and yes, even some rainy day ones!) but today, I’d like to share 5 of my favorite agere activities to do on a rainy day, or on days where I can’t go outside (snow, too hot, etc.)..

All of the ideas I’m sharing today are my personal faves!

Idea #1: Change your doll’s (or stuffies!) outfits….or make them some outfits!

Super old pic, I know (I have wayyy different hair now, lol), but this idea is still one of my faves. Picking new outfits for my dolls is always super fun and sometimes I even have a mini photoshoot with them after changing their looks. I can also turn this idea into a full afternoon of play by setting up a “doll salon” to select their looks and they each get a spray of choice perfumes and hair brushes :) 

If you don’t have clothes for your dolls/stuffies, you can also make them clothing or accessories! I’m aiming to put some tutorials of that sort on the blog and possibly on the Youtube channel soon, but for now, here’s some tutorials that I have already made to get you started:

There are many fun and simple methods for making doll clothing or accessories, I once again have to highly recommend MyFroggyStuff’s Youtube channel for this! She has awesome ideas and she makes it all seem so easy. 

Idea #2: Take a fun Bubble Bath!

Taking a fun and relaxing bath is a nice way to both regress, and practice self-care! You can find cute bath toys like these at dollar stores, and bath bombs, bubble bath, bath fizzies, etc as well! I even love buying the “bath puppets” which are just washcloths that go on your hands like a puppet, and are shaped like animals! I have a sharkie and a froggie. When I take baths or showers, I like to imagine going through a checklist with my scrubby buddy (most often Mr Sharkie) to make sure I get 1000000% clean! Sometimes I even make a little song of this and hum it to myself. :)

It’s also nice having access to fun body washes and soap! My current favorite body wash is scented from “Viva las Vegas SWEET” which is some kind of perfume thing, but it smells like candy, and it looks cute out of the tube! (it’s pink and shimmery 0.0)

I’ve also seen body washes for babyshark, Barbie, and other kids franchises! Oh, and even some grown-ups products are still cute for this too! I have a Hello Kitty sugar scrub that was intended for grown-ups, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t cute anyway! :) Oh, and Crayola makes body wash “crayons” as well, the tubes are crayon shaped and the body washes are colorful!

Okie, okie, that’s a lot of me rambling about baths, sorry >.<

Idea #3: Play Video Games!

Sometimes there’s nothing better than wearing comfy clothes, having a nice snack, and playing video games! On rainy days this activity feels super cozy and wonderful, and there are lots of games out there that are cute and good for agere!

My current faves are Animal Crossing New Horizons on my Switch, Sandbox Coloring App on my phone, Nintendogs on my 3Ds, and Minecraft on my PC! I love that games are on a lot of different devices, so that I can always find something to do~

I think Animal Crossing is a really cool game for age regressors, and the New Horizons one is very cute for a lot of reasons! I can dress my avatar up in cute fashions and i can even buy…..pacis! and…..Cute kawaii dresses!!! :0 You could make your dream agere outfits in this game, and i do it all the time, tbh!

Idea #4: Journaling or Writing in a Diary!

I love love love my regression journal! I use stickers, washi tape, coloring pages, crayons, markers, and more on it, and it’s really freeing to have a journal that doesn’t need to be neat or tidy. My daily journal is also my regression journal, as I am someone who is semi-regressed all the time! :3 I also do vent journal entries in this journal (to share with my therapist), and lists, collages, doodles, info pages…lots of things!

I also want to briefly ramble about my stickers, I have found 2 really good sources of stickers for my journal. The first is a subscription service called Stickii, which sends you a themed sticker pack every month, these packs include stickers from lots of independent artists and I really love each one I’ve gotten so far (I’ve gotten 2 so far.) **DISCLAIMER: I am not sponsored or affiliated with this brand, I just wanted to give a personal recommendation! 

The second is Blippo Kawaii Shop, which sells sticker mystery bags which I have an opening video of on OFT’s IG! :) I love their selection of kawaii stickers, and it’s always fun getting a package from them. Idea #5: Play with Legos or building blocks! 

Something that I love doing when I am small is playing with building blocks or legos! I like the Minecraft sets or the dollar store legos! :) I use the legos to build things for my mini town and dollhouse, as well as make dollrooms! :) 

Megablocks have larger blocks as well if you regress younger and want something more simple. Also… once again: **DISCLAIMER: I am not sponsored or affiliated with this brand, I just wanted to give a personal recommendation! 

You can use building blocks to make obstacle courses for your minis, specific types of buildings for playing pretend, mecha robots for epic battles…….>.<’ sorry my brain totally went to gundam XD

They also sell building block sets for making iconic characters like pikachu and other pokemon, as well as other anime and game characters! I think this type of block is called a nano block.

Season 1, episodes 1-6

I forgot how good the writing and animation are in the first season, like they truly thrived under aniplex😔 the brief white blood period in I think season 3 shows us just how good we had it

I love seeing Hawk and Meliodas's relationship, and his star Boar earring😭 plus having the Boar hat as the main location is just so comforting !!

Also I JUST realized his name is hawk because of a ham hok😭😭 this is like when I realized toe mater's name was tomato at the ripe age of 18

I miss the holy knights being powerful. Like I get that the Sins are always more powerful than them, had a long way to go in terms of power ups, and meliodas straight up had most of his power sealed but like DAMN. They were so cool in season 1 !! Gil was such a badass😭 I guess I just wish that the holy knights powered up along with the Sins

Seeing the very first episode got me thinking about the original pilot Manga (chapter 0) and how cool it might have been !! Like I love the story we got, but I do think those versions of Mel and Elizabeth maybe would have been better than the ones we got😳 like I just really like Meli's original design, I feel like he looks a bit older, and chapter 0 Elizabeth is simply superior ngl. She's funny, brave, and assertive - a lot more like Liz and goddess Elizabeth, except funnier

The first half of season 1 has one of my fave intro and outros like damn I forgot how fucking cool they were. Some of my fave songs to !! (my all time fave is def howling from season 3 part 2 (i think lol) tho)

Everytime the fiddle (?) Music plays I get SO FUCKING HYPED BRO like damn Ik it's through all the seasonal and I'm so glad it is because it's rlly the perfect hype song - here it is on Spotify

Also Gil is such a badass in early episodes, I love his strength !! This moment is the fucking coolest and you can't convince me otherwise

Overall, I think the attention to detail is just better, the sounds the armor makes, the animation and drawings (esp background characters), Meliodas just sounds a bit older too (and I have theories on his voice here if u want them 👀)

The whole perv thing is really exhausting really quickly. Almost surprised 14 year old me made it through this as the 2nd anime I ever watched and the 1st I watched alone

I feel like Diane got shorter through the seasons. Like she doesn't compare to Hawk Mama like she did in season 1, and I think that's a damn shame. Let my giant girl be giant !!

She's also a decent bit more violent and I enjoy that thoroughly. She's just a silly goofy kween😌

Also her original costume is superior, her boots are just👌

Just realized that Meliodas was like an older brother/mentor to Gil and now they're brothers in law 😭😭

Also young Elizabeth and Gil are so cute😭 I always forget that they grew up together too

Okay SO in episode 5, when Ban is about to get his scar from the dragon handle sword, he tells Meliodas "you and me have been hanging together for a lot of years now." This scene takes place 12 years before present (bp). Does this mean Ban and Meliodas were friends before the formation of the Sins? Or was Ban the first after him and Merlin? Ban has been immortal 20 years BP, leaving 8 years in between present and the flashback. 8 years before this scene, Meliodas was still in Danafal/Danfor and would be for another 4 years. What does any of this mean? Idk, just thot it was intriguing lol.

Also how did I not notice this is the first time we see demon!Meliodas !! Baby's first sighting as an unnatural creature with otherworldly rage🥰🥰

Also the fact we never see the scar Gil gave him again lol. Plus him presumably needing to do demon mode so hellfire can heal him is actually rlly cool

Just thought about how Elizabeth laying her hand on his chest to check the scar was the first time in years his love touches him with gentleness or concern🥲🥲

The fact that it took me 6 years to realize that when Meliodas says he'll keep the promise he made to Elizabeth, even if she should die is referencing the promise he made to her originally to break their curses🥲😬😤😭😭😭😭

6'11 Ban thinking that he even had a chance in fitting in Jericho's armor is just so... him

SO BASICALLY It's this au, where L, light and misa are best friends in their freshman year. misa is the most popular girl in school, she's basically a princess and everyone worships her. Light, her boyfriend, is the most popular guy in school as well the smartest. everyone wants to be his friend, or go out with him, or be him. as for him being the smartest, it's kinda true. he has this academic rival, l lawliet. they tie in everything. they have this very heated competition to who is the best at everything. all the other students think they despise each other, but that's actually far from the truth. they're best friends!! they have been since they five actually. they just both let their egos get the best of them. misa is just as part of the group as the other two btw!!!

so, the three are cast as the leads every year in the musical. they have been every year, this was how it worked, no one else seemed to have a problem with it either, so it went unchanged. misa and light were usually the romantic leads, and l would be the other male lead, like for example 7th grade, they were light/jack, misa/kath and l/davey in newsies! anyway, this year however, they find out, (to the boys horror) l and Light were cast as the romantic leads this time. anyway, this leads to painful revelations, healthy communication, unhealthy secrets and suppression and melodrama!!!

agjjddjk that's the main summary of it least. the fic will progress over the course of the year, with occasional flashback chapters bc their backstory in this au is probably my favourite part. there are many things still in development rn, like what to name the fic, and what their school musical should be, anyway yeah!! chapter 1 should be out soon, it's the first day of school :) yeah, tysm for listening!!! and asking ^_^

Here is a detailed explanation on Terra’s background as well ;3

Terra was born into high social status, her grandmother being positioned to protect their city's most prized possession, the sacred magic shard used to power the most important areas of the city Kcorplek. This is the same shard that Terra is found protecting during the events of the story. Terra’s family is a long line of very powerful and very skilled warriors that were often found in a group referred to within their society as ���Guardians”. Highly trained warriors that are sworn to protect their people and their city, no matter the cost. At the age of 4, Terra began training to become a Guardian, She was found to be extremely gifted with her powers. At around age 16, She was able to graduate into the academy (the highest ranking school) at the top of her class, having been able to complete the entry test with ease, even when she was much younger than the rest of her class. Such a test being to incapacitate and re-trap a giant sea serpent let loose into the testing arena. Halfway through her final year of the academy, the city was attacked by a group land-dweller raiders. they wore equipment that drowned out the best attempts of the guardians' siren songs. Their defenses meant nothing. Amidst the chaos, Terra's grandmother gave her the sacred shard. Terra swore to not only her grandmother, but to the city that she would keep it safe, no matter the cost, and escaped unspotted to the surface, where she clawed her way out of the lake holding her city, across the mesa reefs (A biome of my own creation: mesa pocked with salt water lakes and ponds filled with brightly colored, beautiful coral reefs), and lake/pond hopped until she felt she was far enough away to be considered safe. It’s been about ten years since then by the time Brook comes into the scene.

Terra has no clue what became of her people, but world building wise, they were ransacked for all of their treasures. They’ve been recovering since then, continuing to sell their main export: salt from the salt deposits left behind from the ancient ocean that once covered the land where they live now and housed their evolutionary ancestors. This ocean has since dried up.

The salt from this region is coveted by magic users for its ability to enhance magical spells, and also by cooks because it is some of the most high-quality salt in the land. It is theorized that the salt contains microscopic remains and spirits of the prehistoric creatures that roamed the ancient ocean, and that is why it can be used in this way for magic users! :) (it’s also an orange color because of the iron deposits also found in this region!)

Left without their magic shard, however, the city was left to find other means to power their homes and businesses.

Terra is currently 28 years old! :) sirens age very similarly to humans, despite the fact that they are convergent species!

(I have put so much thought into the biology of each of the species in this world lol, I’ve even made my own creatures!!!! I created little bug creatures that feed on mushroom insides and use the left over caps as protective shells like hermit crabs! They take on the properties of whatever mushroom they consume and use for shelter as a Defence mechanism!!! They are also immune to said effects of mushrooms x3 I also made creatures that feed off of the fear of their prey and can cause hallucinations with their venom in order to further cultivate their fear! They are able to spray and release the venom into the air as a mist! If you breathe it in it has similar effects, though less potent)

Terra herself is not really related to the prophecy. Her people were given information long long ago that a chosen hero would be sent down in order to collect it, but unfortunately, the prophecy given with the shard is long forgotten.

I’m also gonna throw in some extra facts for you!!! Sirens are able to breathe both above and below water through a combined gill and lung system. Water goes in through their gills, air goes in through the mouth. They are able to switch out the system used on command. Sirens are descendants of carnivorous creatures, causing their sharp serrated teeth, they have since evolved to eat vegetation as well, making them omnivores. Sirens absorb water through their skin, making it so that they have no need for drinking. Sirens can’t actually hypnotize you, they just mess with your emotions and pre-existing desires in order to make you do what they want!
