Arzel's opinion under the cut

DrTimothy : he's a Primogen, so worthy of respect, but damn he's weird and Arzel would like to avoid the asylum as much as possible

Faye : they met at a "party" where she got blood bonded to Arzel and Arzel to her husband. He likes her a lot, the fact that she's not into politics at all means he can relax and "just hang out" freely

Juliet : she's super quick to think and act, they work very well together and she's a master of sarcasm, he likes her

Lady L : a good ally. She's been helping every now and then without even complaining about being bothered despite being obviously quite old and quite powerful. He respects her and her crafts though he thinks the morgue and her stuffed animals are creepy as hell
