Thinking about how Ben putting the Omnitrix back on is a wordless agreement that he's changing Gwen's life, too. Putting it back on doesn't just affect himself, it's also dragging his cousin back into it when she's got so much going on in her life already and so much more going for her if she takes a normal path than Ben does. But Gwen doesn't say anything about herself, and Ben doesn't ask, either. He puts the Omnitrix back on and they both already know that Gwen will follow him into Hell if that's where his heroism takes him. Of course she will, of course. They don't even need to say it.
