hm i think maybe i was thinking that her coming to like me would erase the thing she said several months ago that has lodged itself in my self esteem like the musketball in Nago's body from Princess Mononoke, or at least mean it's not true anymore, and i've taken her clarification that she wasnt actually flirting with me as proof that that thing she said has been true all along. soooo unfortunate. upon closer investigation i think that thing is like the one reason i dont feel very happy to be around her anymore. and it was like. one throwaway line she didnt even put thought into saying. scratches my head
