Medical Test of a Tree?
In Salamatpur of Raisen, Madhya Pradesh (India), guards are deployed 24 hours a day to protect a tree. If even one leaf of it falls, the administration gets shaken. The tree is so important that it undergoes a medical checkup every 15 days. About 15 lakh rupees are spent every year in the maintenance of the tree. On September 21, 2012, former Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa planted the Bodhi tree. CLICK HERE
