favorite thing about them: ughhhhhh i almost hate to say it because it feels like a bad answer but honestly hayama shota. i love hayama shota so much that it honestly might just be. kuko's voice actor is my favorite thing about him. HOWEVER i love him as a whole character too of course. his chaotic energy makes him such a delight but he's not just a wild feral freak monk, he's got his convictions and a strength of will that i think infects those around him in ways they need it most (esp jyushi)

favorite line: once again not a line but a moment, i don't remember when it was or even which media it was in but do you guys remember when shakku like. rolled him up in a futon burrito style??? or something?????? that. i fucking loved that and all the fanart it spawned lmao. burrito kuko my beloved

brOTP: once again i'm saying rei because it's peak comedy to me. rei getting along with all of ichiro's friends and exes is never not funny. but on a more serious note obviously ichiro. i mean that's so obvious it feels like a cheat of an answer. honestly i don't think there's anyone kuko really wouldn't get along with. sasara and kuko feel like they would have a hilarious friendship too

OTP: oh god there have been DEVELOPMENCE in this category...... so originally i was all about evil moon (kuko/jyushi) like they are just so cute to me. i love the aesthetic of them (the height difference, mwah) and their dynamic, how kuko is on a surface level like so bad for jyushi but at the same time he's just what jyushi needs. however even when i was fully into evil moon i also found jiro/jyushi super cute, and then get busy happened and now I AM ALL ABOUT 2 EVIL 2 MOON (KUKO/JYUSHI/JIRO) i won't say much more on the matter bc there is a fic about them that i do one day (hopefully one day soon) want to write lol

A/N: I’ve said it once and I’ll say it a million times - drunk headcanons are my absolute favorite ugh I love them so much!! I will never deny someone a headcanon for drunkenness, it’s my favorite thing! Anyways, I was saving this request for today since it’s my birthday and I wanted to write my favorite topic for my best boi Samatoki! Hope you enjoy~

Samatoki Aohitsugi 

whenever you go out with friends to drink, Samatoki always stays up late waiting for you to come home

he’ll always nag you not to drink so much and to take better care of yourself (even though he drinks quite a bit too), but he wants you to be safe so he’s going to wait up for you regardless

as soon as you walk through the door and see him, you’re all smiles as you shout his name, throwing yourself into his arms and hugging him tightly 

instantly any annoyance he had with you is gone now because he can feel the heat in your cheeks and you’re so giggly and cute that he can’t stay mad at you

so he’s just going to help you collect all your things and get ready for bed, passively asking how your night was

when you go into a long story about your friends and all the shenanigans  you got up to, he just keeps humming and nodding

but he’s only half paying attention because what he needs right now is to get you to bed 

so while you’re excitedly talking, you barely notice him pulling you towards the bathroom with one hand, painkillers and water in the other

he hands you the water and tells you to drink and you comply with a frown, sadly stating that it’s not alcohol while he just shakes his head

and then he’s pushing you into the bathroom and crossing his arms while he forces you to brush your teeth and wash your face

at the beginning of the relationship, Samatoki was a bit nervous to change your clothes, but now he does it out of pure efficiency

so he’ll help you get into your pajamas (even though he will absolutely glance a few times respectfully)

after he makes sure that you’re properly taken care of, he’s going to tell you to go to sleep

when you tell him you’re not tired and that you want to stay up with him and talk some more, he would demand you lay down and close your eyes

and as you do it, claiming you’re not tired, you’re immediately falling asleep sprawled underneath the covers

so Samatoki will lean you against the pillow on your side, tuck you in properly and kiss the top of your head before joining you

the next morning he’s not going to appear sympathetic to your hangover, but he will cook you breakfast, give you Riou’s magical hangover cure, and let you sleep in as late as you want

because honestly, it’s Samatoki and he’s no stranger to getting drunk and waking up with a nasty hangover

Juto Iruma

Juto loves it whenever you get drunk for one reason: blackmail

every time you go out drinking with friends and then come home drunk, Juto immediately invites you to sit with him for a bit, no matter the time

since his shifts can get pretty late, he’s usually up during weekends anyways

you’ll agree with a smile, drunkenly falling into his arms and giggling as you flop onto the couch

he would ask you all about your night, taking notes of embarrassing or funny things you say

absolutely the type to take a video of you drunkenly dancing or being cure and then show you the next day just to watch you get embarrassed 

he’ll keep this up for a bit, but after a while he’ll say that it’s time for bed and practically carry you into the bedroom

you’ll whine that you don’t want to go to bed yet and that you want to keep drinking so Juto would smile and hand you water, telling you to drink

if you’re the clumsy drunk, he’s going to keep a closer eye on you when you get back home, not wanting you to hurt yourself

if you’re a touchy drunk, I can totally imagine him loving the attention and little touches that you leave on his arm and his chest as you excitedly tell him about all the events that took place that night

don’t worry though he would never try to pull anything when you’re drunk, he has that respect

I can also see him offering to help you change and you saying he’s a pervert, telling him to get out while you change (even though you’ve been dating for years and he’s seen everything at this point)

but then you’re calling him for help because your shirt is stuck on your head and you can’t get it off

so of course he laughs at you (and takes a sneaky picture) before helping you and saying ‘I told you so’

once it starts getting too late though, he’s going to push you into bed and tell you that it’s time to sleep 

you can fight it if you want but either way you’re going to end up sleeping in his arms

the next morning he’s absolutely going to show you all the pictures and videos and tease you with them

of course he would delete whatever you told him to and anything incriminating and never show them to anyone

but he’s definitely keeping a couple of the cute ones for himself

Riou Busujima

When you come home one night drunk after partying with friends, Riou is prepared for your drunken shenanigans, whatever type of drunk you may be

if you’re a giggly drunk, he’s going to let you sit with him and talk about everything you did with your friends that night

if you’re a sad drunk, he’s going to let you ugly cry into his shoulder and not tease you about it

if you’re a sleepy drunk, my mans is straight up gonna pick you up and carry you lovingly to the bed

absolutely the type to make sure that you wash your face and brush your teeth properly before bed 

he’ll help you with it if you’re too drunk to do it yourself, softly washing your face with a towel and holding your hand to help you brush your teeth

he’s going to offer you food if you’re hungry and if you start drunkenly going on about how good his cooking is despite the crazy ingredients he uses, he’s going to be extremely happy

the only drunk he’s not all that prepared for is the flirty/touchy drunk because he doesn’t ever want you to think you’re being taken advantage of so he’s immediately distancing himself until you tire out enough to be put to bed properly

he doesn’t bat an eye when he helps you change though, because this whole thing is like a tactical mission to him and none of it is sexual

so once you’re comfy and cozy in your PJs, Riou is going to get you water and medicine and put it by the bedside table

he’ll pull you into his arms and let you talk a little bit more about random things if you’re a talkative drunk

but if you’re already half-way passed out, he’s going to rub small circles onto your shoulder until you fall asleep 

the next day he’ll make you breakfast and give you the medicine, making sure that you feel as good as possible despite the hangover

I headcanon that Riou has an amazing recipe for hangover juice and that he gave it to Samatoki and Juto once, curing them immediately of their hangovers

and it was so magical that they refused to hear what was in the concoction, instead telling Riou to make them both a batch for the next time they drank and begging him to let them live in ignorant bliss

"...Another former scientist for Chuohku. You know, with so many people either leaving or being killed off, you'd think that would cause Chuohku to wake up and start making some changes. But no, they're content to still do things the same way." Luis shakes his head, a lit cigarette in his mouth.

"But anyway, this woman reminds me a lot of Okada-san from Shinagawa, along with a bit of that Russian scientist woman from Minato. If you asked me who was the worst out of the three of them, I couldn't answer you. ...At least not without lying."

Aichi Reika

"...I suppose you've already heard from Tomi that this woman used to live here in Aoyama? Well, it's true. I never thought she'd have the guts to kill her own spouse. That's honestly something I could see either of my parents doing. It's sad to think that I can actually see that occurring..." Luis mumbles something before lighting another cigarette.

"But anyway, when I heard she got kicked out of Aoyama, I wasn't really surprised. But something told me this wasn't the last we'd all seen of her. A woman like her doesn't stay down easily. ...And what do you know? I was right."

Kito Sakura

Luis glares harshly at Kito's photo before lighting the thing on fire, and using it as a match to light another cigarette. He looks at the screen, a glare still on his face. "I never thought I'd find a woman who I could possibly despise more than that CEO from Shinagawa. And let me state now for the record, I do still hate her. A lot. But this isn't about her.

"This puta perra has been harassing shopkeepers and restaurant owners all across Japan. At least Samatoki and his ilk stick to Yokohama, but this guarra actually had the gall to try to force me to try to pay protection money! I told her goons to get the hell out of my store while they can still walk. They muttered some threat, but I wasn't paying attention.

"A week later, one of my best cooks landed in the hospital with a broken leg and arm! I wasn't stupid. I knew who was behind this, but I didn't do anything. If that was all she'd done, that wouldn't have been so bad. But one day, after I was coming back from shopping, I saw that perra's escuadrón de matones harassing my Abuela!" Luis chomps hard on his cigarette.

"At that point, all I could see was red, and the next thing I knew, those bastardos were lying in pools of their own blood. I didn't see hide nor hair of them after that, but if you think I've forgiven this perra or her brood for what they've done, you are sadly mistaken. I do not care what you do to me. If you have a grudge against me, fine." The chef then glares heavily at the screen, his face turning red as he starts speaking in Spanish to illustrate how serious he is.

"Pero si te atreves a amenazar o hacer daño a mi abuela, ¡te mostraré un lado del infierno que ni siquiera el Diablo, él mismo, ha visto!"

Silent Tragedy

"I don't really care about facing this team, though I won't run away from a fight if that's what they want. ...But if we do get a chance to face them, I'm going to show Miss Renegade what happens when you mess with my family. I don't know what her situation is, and I don't care. You got family issues, that's your problem, but you will not, and I mean, will not, threaten mine!" Luis then stomps on a cigarette as he departs from view.
