not an underappreciated fact by any means at all but my absolute favorite aspect of vocaloids (+ other such programs) is how versatile they are re:character. theyre like dolls you can play with and make up your own rules and nobody can tell you that youre wrong because there is no Right to begin with! i could pull up a png of kaito off google right now and re enact the entirety of better call saul if i wanted to. in my firealpaca jpg dollhouse. and nobody could stop me

#vocaloid #kaito in this scenario is of course jimmy himself. to me its the most fitting because in my mind's eye he is a silly goofy guy but has the #capacity for many layers of tragedy underneath.#i was thinking about this in the shower. i know in my heart meiko is kim but i was pulling a blank on chuck. i was gonna say miku because #im a sucker for kaito miku family as dysfunctional as chuck and jimmy's relationship may be. but- and you can't tell me i'm wrong because #there is no 'right'- i think miku would be gus.#ruminating on this more i'll come back when i'm done playing jpg dolls
