wild that people are complaining about the tone switch from the first two seasons and saying iwtv is not a ‘serious show’ anymore when first of all this show has ALWAYS been camp, sorry you’ve missed it. but also it’s still a gothic horror drama??? we saw three minutes of rockstar lestat clearly in the worst state of mind he’s ever been in and trying to cope with what is years of unprocessed trauma and grief in the worst possible way???? when you fucked up your marriage and the family you loved and got murdered because of it and you've been haunted for over 70 years by the daughter you failed and everything that you did or that was done to you and you decide to cope with it by.... becoming famous?? to tell your own version of the story when it was already told by others and do you even know whether they're wrong?? or you are?? do you know your own story?? do you know who you are??? are you even anyone at all when you've managed to push away everyone you've ever loved? can you love? does it even matter if you can't? if that's not a horror story, I don't know what is
