i feel like people are always forgetting that helia can be really impulsive but also really stubborn and that often results in him going "im gonna do this dangerous thing hahah :)" and everyone around him going "NO"

that one time in the comics where he hasn't been physically active in months and decides to just go on the mission because Oh No Saladin!! and all the specialists were like BRO YOU'RE GONNA DIE and like yeah he's fine cause he knows when something will kill him and that he shouldn't do it but like... if it's not gonna kill him it's fair game!! yeah pulling in a big ship with one hand is gonna hurt but it won't kill him!! yeah directly attacking a bunch of werewolves on his own might end badly but it won't kill him!! helia is just constantly running around doing dumb shit because "i won't die promise :)" and the specialists are crying in the corner
