OK HOLD ON im gonna try and solve this case myself before they give out the answer. ok so: slice at the neck (very bloody), some type of alcohol?? (wine ig), missing room key, scratches at the lock of his suitcase (indicating someone tried to open it. and failed, it seems) and dirty footprints, meaning someone must have dirt stuck to their shoes.

dunno what it at means yet but it'll come tigether in time
