Hmm, I haven't written any of my OCs celebrating birthdays so I honestly don't know. I feel like Damian and Vikram would go full out celebrating a friend's birthday but they don't really know when theirs are.

Most of my OCs parents or guardians are dead or never existed, but Kadan's father is alive and uh... well. He sucks. Like, really badly. Kadan doesn't get along with him and avoids him when possible, though due to certain circumstances, that's difficult. Talia's parents are alive in some versions of her story and she gets along great with them. In the versions where her parents are dead, she lives with her aunt and uncle and she does not get along with them. They're awful.

Hmm. I mean, technically I guess Kadan's father is my most evil OC. 😂 But I don't write him a bunch and he's not on the list of characters. Of the characters on my posted list... I guess Orion? An argument could be made for Cyrus... Neither are evil exactly, but they definitely do bad things to get what they want. I am working on a brand new demon character that I'm trying to make evil but it's so hard to make a likeable evil character. 😭

The most good... My heart says Vikram. He's never done anything wrong in his life. He's good and kind and I love him. I think Damian's pretty good too, though he would disagree. But both of them are very loving and generous and want to help people when they can.

Preferred way to travel... Well, I imagine Rh'ex's preferred method is with his space ship lol. Damian definitely avoids forms of travel that could risk sunlight exposure, so if he has to make a long trip he usually drives all night and hunkers down for the day. Overseas travel is complicated lol. B.D the dragon definitely prefers to just fly with his wings.

I don't know that I have a favorite OC design... If we're talking visuals, that's not an area I'm very skilled in. Though I think Rh'ex was pretty good. I like the markings I ended up making and he looks great drawn by other people.

trick or treat!!

A giant yautja opens the door and looks down at you from his seven foot six inch height.

"Trick or treat?" he questions in a voice that is no where near human. Clearly his species' vocal capabilities isn't ideal for speaking English, but it's still understandable enough.

Awkwardly, you explain the concept of Halloween and trick-or-treating. The yautja, named Rh'ex, listens intently, fascinated by all aspects of human culture.

After you finish explaining, Rh'ex tells you to wait a moment and disappears into the house. He returns shortly with several small animal skulls in hand. He puts them in your treat bag and gives you the yautja version of a broad smile as he says "Happy Halloween, little human."

That story kinda already exists, though it's unfinished and isn't very noncon-y. I'm torn between writing something new (with more noncon) or attempting to finish the existing version...

Tell me about your Yautja OC please

Sorry for taking so long to answer this! I've been sick and not getting much sleep and I wanted to be able to give an energetic answer lol.

My yautja OC is named Rh'ex. He's not a hunter, like the yautja you see in the movies. Those are specially trained and approved for hunts of sentient beings. Not all yautja (in my canon) hunt sentient beings like humans!

Rh'ex is actually a scientist, with a specialization in human studies. People in his profession are generally consulted when hunts for humans are organized. Rh'ex studies human biology and culture, so he can give the hunters relevant information to assist in their hunts.

Which of your characters would be willing to act as a weighted blanket for a partner with chronic pain and anxiety who yearns to be Crushed(tm)?

Probably most of them, honestly...

Vikram would definitely do it if you asked (though he's a big guy so use caution).

Damian as an autistic also yearns to be Crushed and also to Crush. So not only would he do it, he would very much enjoy it and perhaps ask you to return the favor later if you were willing and able.

Rh'ex would be confused by the request and ask why humans would want to be Crushed, but once you explained he'd be willing. For science. He's also very very large, though, so use caution.

Tharzaroth would probably refuse for safety reasons, as the largest of all my current active characters (with the exception of B.D's dragon form). He will however hold you very tightly in his large furry arms, careful not to actually crush you.

Those are the only specific thoughts I have for my characters in regards to the Crush but yeah in general they'd be down for some version of it (because I also have anxiety and autism and long to be crushed).

Hmm, as far as my list of characters goes (I have more characters but these are the ones on my mind lately), Damian is the oldest. I invented him in 2011 and Vikram came shortly after in 2012. I have LOTS written about Damian and I'm always happy to write more lol. Currently I have a 100k+ word story in the works featuring Damian that I'd like to finish but no promises on that.

It's hard to pin down who my newest is... Tharzaroth, Orion, Rh'ex, Cyrus, and B.D. have all come into existence within the last three years. I don't really have any way of knowing who's newest. 😅

My yautja OC, Rh’ex, brought to life by the wonderful @literalnobody.

Rh’ex isn’t a Hunter, he’s a scientist. He has spent his life fascinated by humans. As an expert in all things human, Rh’ex is consulted when his clan interact with humans, to help make sure things go smoothly. Sadly, it’s rare for his clan to acquire a living human for research purposes so Rh’ex hasn’t had much chance to really study a live human up close. Perhaps he will soon have a chance... (stay tuned for that story!)

“Hey handsome,” Avery greeted, kissing Rh’ex’s cheek.

Rh’ex seemed to frown, his brow furrowing. Having spent so much time with him, Avery knew something was up.

“What’s wrong?” They asked, concerned.

“You call me handsome often,” he replied. “Is that one of the…” he struggled for the word, “ironic things you say?”

Avery’s eyes widened, horrified. “No!” They almost shouted, “Not at all!”

“You cannot mean it,” Rh’ex stated. “I am not human. You cannot find me handsome as those humans in videos they call handsome.”

“You are handsome,” Avery insisted. “To me, you are. It’s subjective. Movie stars are handsome to some and you’re handsome to me.”

“It is alright if you are not attracted to me. Humans cannot be attracted to yautja.”

Avery sighed heavily. “Rh’ex, I love you but you’re so fucking oblivious sometimes. I am attracted to you, you big nerd. Are… are you not attracted to me?” Fear suddenly filled Avery’s eyes.

“I am,” Rh’ex said quickly, “I am attracted to you.”

Avery let out a breath of relief. “Great! Then why would you doubt my attraction to you?”

“It is… difficult for me to believe… and you often say things ironically.”

“I’m so sorry,” Avery said, taking his massive hand in both of theirs and kissing the top of it, “I promise, I’d never be ironic or sarcastic about how I feel about you. I love you. I’m attracted to you. I think you’re the most handsome person I know. I can stop saying it if it bothers you…”

“No,” Rh’ex said, his eyes brightening, “it is… nice to hear. Thank you, my love. My mate. My life.”
