Turning your notifications off is genuinely such a healthy move to make
#like especially if you are somebody who gets upset/bothered by (low) interaction/ notes etc. how are you ever going to free your mind from#revolving around the numbers on this app if you're getting reminders of interaction even when you're not on the app#it's like if you allow it to worm its way into your non-tumblr life it will stay and it will only make you feel worse#this obvs wont cure bad feelings on this matter but i do think its a great step towards selfcare#wintext
