#rescue bots academy tickles

Made a proper reference for the GOTP version of Hot Rod.

As one of the youngest bots born prior to the war, Hot Rod possesses a more powerful fire matrix than most. The initial plan was for him to become a rescue bot (hoping fighting fires all day would keep his power limited and under control) but shortly before he was to begin attending the academy... War broke out.

Suddenly he was on the battlefield and sending Decepticons running for the closest extinguisher, but was still considered a loose-cannon and very rarely put on the front lines.

He managed to survive the war until its end by being assigned on the outskirts, alongside his mentor and close friend, Kup. When they finally got call to return to Cybertron, they were quite a ways out and it took them some time to get back home. When they arrived, things seemed... Off.

Optimus was being painted in a bad light by a new High Council, the newborn bots seemed programmed to avoid certain topics, other wartime bots were being randomly arrested or going missing, and a strange buzzing was constantly in the air and tickling at the edges of Hot Rod's processor... Could it all be connected?
