If you have been reading this blog for a while you'll know I love to shop a weekly offer at Boots called £10 Tuesday! That's right on a Tuesday Boots pick an assortment of products and change their price to £10 for one day! The products range from health, beauty and skincare so if you want to try out a brand for a cheaper price it's a great way to try without breaking the bank.

In the most recent offer I picked up the Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Face Moisturiser With Retinol & Vitamin B3 50ml. Now usually this cream is £38.00 but I saved £28.00 on Tuesday which is such a bargain! In the past I have chatted about Olay products and I love their moisturisers so I excited to add another to my collection.

This retinol night cream is described as being a product that will bring you visible improvements in fine lines & wrinkles, smoothness, brightness, and firming. The cream itself is fast absorbing and gives your skin a gorgeous glow the next day. Personally I'm happy it's a fragrance free formula because they really irritate my eyes. Personally I'm excited to add this cream into my daily routine since I love the day version so much.

For my background, I used water color paint and blended together a few shades of different colors. One of the reason that I chose the phrase "Trump" is because this beauty product is targeted towards women, and there can be humor in the fact that it was titled after somebody who is not a feminist. Additionally, Trump is not the epitome of beauty, so there's humor in the fact that it is a repair treatment. Lastly, Trump is up there in the years, so its fitting that the product advertises being a "regenerist".

Morning routine:

Wash with either Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser or Versed Keep The Peace (acne calming) depending on what's going on with my skin.

Thayer's Witch Hazel toner

Either Cetaphil or Mary Kay Timewise eye cream

Moisturize with Neutrogena Hydro Boost or Versed Weekend Glow (has Vitamin C). I just got the Versed one and I'm not too crazy about it so I will probably try something different after this or go back to using a Vitamin C serum. I think the one I used to use was No. 9

Evening routine:

Wash with Laroche-Posay Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser

On Sunday and Wednesday I exfoliate with Versed Day Maker Microcrystal Exfoliator (I've had this for a couple weeks and am looooooving it! Makes my skin feel so good)

Moisturize with Versed Recovery Mode Advanced Night Cream but 2x a week I use Olay Regenerist Retionol 24+Peptitde

I also have a jade, quartz and amethyst roller so I will do one of those like 2x a week in the evening. I have no idea if these make a difference but I keep them in the freezer and they feel good 😂

Oh and I don't wear makeup often but if I do I remove it with Elf's makeup removing balm and then follow my normal routine.

I love using Magic Cream and I think we all know it is my ride or die but lately I have been loving Olay moisturisers! Though Olay is still an arguably pricey drugstore brand it is a more affordable price range compared to high end luxury prices and lately I've been shopping them more.

Now before we chat about today's lovely product I want you all to know that if you have a Boots Loyalty card they constantly do promotions on Olay where there's either money off or products are half price. So my golden tip today is get a Boots card because it makes moisturisers like these way more affordable for you. But anyway back to today's favourite product the Olay Regenerist 3 Point Firming Anti-Ageing Face Cream Fragrance Free 50 ml, (£38 normal price, £20 with advantage card).

I have loved Olay moisturisers for a while now but there is version is one of my favourites because the rich texture of the cream reminds me of Magic Cream. Every time I use this cream it feels amazing on my skin and absorbs like a dream. This cream is described as "a fragrance free moisturiser with luxurious, skin-plumping formula. It firms skin for a lifted look and reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Hydrates to improve elasticity and helps exfoliate, smooth and revitalize the look of the skin". 

This cream is by far one of my most hydrating and it's a texture that wears under makeup even better. When I wear matte foundations, having this underneath stops my makeup from caking or showing up my dry patches.
