There are plenty of beautiful spots around Mumbai and Pune if you look around. Real estate is evolving, a second home is considered as an innovative investment with a high ROI. So I think investing in Resort Homes is an excellent idea.
I found one for myself in Karjat. It's called Pushpam Sanskruti, a beautiful resort home spread over 22 acres. They have all kinds of setups like individual villas, studio suites, and private jacuzzi villas. When you invest, the resort people rent out your place and share the earnings with you on a monthly or annual basis. Plus, you don't have to maintain anything there because the project is managed by a big hospitality group.
The place has over 25 amenities, like a spa, pool, private jacuzzi, restaurant, games, and WiFi spots. Basically, you just have to pack your bags and move in; it's ready to go. I'm getting around 20% returns on my investment with a private villa for sale in Karjat. What I really liked is the quick returns. Usually, you wait forever in real estate, but this one felt a little different. Invest in luxury, enjoy your own holidays whenever you want, and earn some rental income. It's the real deal for weekend homes near Mumbai, especially if you're looking for a villa for sale in Karjat—this one's a game-changer.
