SUMMARY: Resh'an travels to the end of the universe to unwind and meets an interesting individual who finds the very notion of a self-proclaimed God amusing. Lots of life lessons, self-discovery, and homoerotic touching occurs.

Annnnnd the last pages.

I almost, almost considered Specter kissing Resh'an in page 12 as an act of comfort, but ultimately decided against it.

In my headcanon, the Specter Knight here is the Specter Knight who has fully developed: once gloomy and depressed, he has since embraced the friends and lover(s) in his life that has molded him to be a loving and kind Death (a lot of his confidence and eccentricity can also be owed to his aforementioned lover, the most exuberantly queer french man that ever existed.) What can I say, I like my grim reapers to be gentle and appreciative of the lives he cradles. Specter Knight here, at least my stories about him anyway, is the ultimate version of himself.

Resh'an? ...He still has ways to go, but he's trying. Regardless, it must have been a relief that he could fully let his guard down and be vulnerable with someone who knows every aspect of his life and doesn't judge him for it.
