I wonder if there will ever come a point in my life where I'm done questioning if there is something medically wrong with me to explain why things are like this. It can't just be anxiety but it's always just anxiety.

#randomly got extremely anxious last night and now I've had horrible heart palpitations for like 24h straight #I am too young to get the chest pains I do but the ECG came back fine #I am too young to have chronic heartburn but all the tests came back negative #I am too young to be this tired but my blood tests are always fine #I'm such an annoying patient and I've given up on asking but fuck this can't be it can it
