They don't protest because they are secretly in favor of it, they only protest against non-Muslims because they think that Muslims in the Middle East are entitelt for human rights violations, compared to Israel for example, because they see them self as the rightfull owners of Women and non muslem Groupes in that area as fair game. That's why they don't care about Taliban, about IS, about what Saudi Arabia is doing to its neighbors (which is 10 times worse than what Israel is doing). They just think that only Muslims are allowed to commit atrocities in the Middle East because the Middle East is their property and playground for misogyny and genocide.
