Clara was halfway up the hiking trail when her dog plopped down and refused to move. She tried treats. She tried misdirection. She tried everything that her dog training manual told her to do, and the Shikoku just sat there looking absolutely unimpressed.
"Princess, come. COME. HERE. RIGHT NOW. What has gotten into you!?" A few passersby snickered at the scene, saying "ganbare!", and Clara's face burned. "Come on, you're being embarrassing!"
