hot take for today is the way fandom sometimes talks about Bruce “not really being from Gotham” or “not being able to understand “real” Gothamites” is weird. Poverty doesnt grant you some magical empathy update. And the idea that Dick or Jason or some kid has to teach him about class disparities is condescending to everyone involved. Its weird!
