Because Biden doesn't support universal health care, which is the healthcare reform people want. He does not support student loan cancelation, the student loan forgiveness that people want. Numbers 8 and 9, are damn near the same thing, numbers 12 and 13 are in direct contrast to each other, and numbers 4, 5, and 10 should also be just one point.
