I rewatched Murder on the Orient Express (2017) today and what I didn't notice (or appreciate, I guess) before was the film's beautiful and haunting score. It's a bit sad, but this story is filled with sadness. I think it's one of Agatha Christie's saddest.
If it wasn't for the character of Bouc and the jokes, it would be a much darker film.
