man I constantly have the feeling of running out of time these days and that I’ve already missed out on everything 😭😭😭
#tag rambling#maybe it's because starting in january I'll be working an 8a-4p job (STILL...... UNPAID.......... FOR 6 MORE MONTHS........)#so the amount of free time I'll have to draw will be greatly diminished#plus I'll be job hunting........... my new supervisors this semester said they'll help set me up at a site nearby so that's nice#a very short commute and my own workspace....... it's the dream tbh#I do love this job I'm very excited for when I actually get paid for it 😔#but I'm so sososo nervous that I'll lose the time and energy to draw#makes me panicky because I'm not done with PLA and I really won't have time to play SV until like at least march#like........................ oh geez 😭😭😭#they say a good work-life balance is VITAL and like. okay so I've been super slow at drawing this whole semester. BUT. IN MY DEFENSE#I've been taking another class that's very reading-and-writing-heavy this semester#so it's been the working in the day -- classwork at night -- and sometimes night class on top of that#next semester I'm ONLY working in the day (+ one night class but that's like..... aughhhh fine whatever)#no extra reading writing whatever#when I get home that's ALL my own free time BABEYYYYY#ideally 😰😰😰😥😥😥#the uncertainty is what's getting me#I know there's no deadline and everyone has been super nice about my sudden hiatuses but I do WANT to draw.... I love it 😭#FOMO is real????????
