She presents the bottle to him with a hesitant smile. "I do not know much about sake," she admitted. "But I did research! On Internet. I--think it is similar to kind I have seen you drink." There had really been a great deal of information to absorb, and more still that she was learning. She has several websites bookmarked. Even so, it wasn't just the Internet; she had been making a note of every label of every bottle he had drunk from for months, not just of sake, but any liquor, so that she could develop the most informed assessment of his taste. She was... mostly confident in her selection.

“I have brought snacks as well. To pair with drink. Ah--” she follows his gaze down to the box of cookies under her arm, “--not sweets. Only savories. They are in my bag. These were... these were for me. I pass by favorite dessert shop on way here.”
