Yknow, it took a very long time for me to realise what the title of pokemon x y (and z) meant bc up until then they were all pretty solid counterparts. Red, blue and yellow, the primary colours. Gold, silver and crystal, the luxurious. Ruby, sapphire and emerald, not only precious gems but the rgb colours (and just colour matching the legendaries too). Diamond (the classic ‘most valuable’ stone), pearl (the classic ‘most valuable’ biological ‘stone’), and platinum (the classic ‘most valuable’ metal). Black and white.

After x and y we of course had sun and moon, sword and shield and finally scarlet and violet (infrared and ultraviolet, the two ends of the colour spectrum. The only reason they wouldn’t have called it pokemon infrared and ultraviolet is bc pokemon red already exists and ppl would think it was a gen 1 remake, and ultra sun/moon also already exists).

But back when x and y came around, and I thought ���it’s just letters, I know that the legendaries sort of look like them but if it’s opposites then shouldn’t it be a and z?’ (Cool how they brought that back with legends z-a)

And it took me way too fucking long to realise that x y and z are the three digital planes to symbolise Pokémon’s first mainline 3D game. Idk I just thought that was neat.

This is short, because yeah! I was supposed to put y in here, but thought why not for a different post? They're a little out of character, green especially is but if you ignore that fact I think these came out well. I'll probably work on smau's/text aus in my computer so I can add more characters, but the layout will change so that there's more content to add!

Always wanted to write a KIU fic in which Pit is a nereid and not one of Palutena’s angels. I guess I’d use it to explore some of my headcanons about why Zeus is fucked off for the whole plot, and explore Poseidon and Hades’ relationship, and maybe have a gentler Pit-Dark Pit relationship because they’re less involved with directly opposed factions in the war? Something like that. Maybe next year will be the year. Just need to get my KIU canon in order by replaying the game.

Don't really think it's going to beat out Legends of Arceus, Pokemon Mystery Dungeons Explorers of Sky, or Pokemon Colosseum, so sorry, not making a seprate poll for it.

So far, I have learned either this blog has a lot of fans for LOA and Pokemon Mystery Dungeons Explorers of Sky, (and Pokemon Colosseum to my happy surprise), or they they are the best pokemon games I have never played (I played Pokemon Mystery Dungeons Explorers of Time, guys. Apparantly I missed out)
