The intended point of view is not static; bouncing between both points of view felt necessary to offer more complete progression. Some are meant to include both points of view at once.

I purposefully avoided songs that, to me, insinuated that the second half of this pair was a student. There is a small mention of education in one song, but otherwise, I tried to keep this out of the narrative. Regardless of a presence within the classroom, the player (or myself, in this case) would be required to learn as a product of being in a completely new environment, thus the inclusion.

The general premise from the asks linked above entails an enemies to lovers dynamic that is, most notably, one-sided. I don’t see a way to write this that comes across as entirely equal, thus the playlist admits to some of these aspects.

UGHH TIME TO DIG THRU MY ASHACE PLAYLIST. there’s probs several I’d recc 😔 but probs like Talk Too Much by COIN, Magic by One Direction, and Can We Dance by the Vamps 🙏 honestly 1D and the vamps in gen I think Acey would LOVE boy bands (in secret or not <3 you decide)
