Championship Rally is a top down rally racing game developed by P's PSYTEC and Studio Tornad Cat and released exclusively on the TurboGrafx-CD in August of 1993, this release was exclusive to Japan.

Can't find anywhere that this game was licenced but it does feature real world vehicles such as the Toyota Celica, Nissan Pulsar, Lancia Delta, Mitsubishi Galant, Subaru Legacy and more
