Revisiting The Witch's Familiar and I just realised... it's the same filming location!

Now is it the same location in-universe? Did the Doctor enter the Governors' / Angels' realm before, or has Clara been inside M017 at Coal Hill before and is therefore imagining Twelve as being there?

I guess the new Barbara Wright building might be built at this point, so I suppose the latter is possible... I would question why Clara hadn't noticed something, but perhaps the Governors wanted to interview her and wipe her mind Black Archive style?

On the other hand, Missy does say the Doctor was being chased by "android" assassins, doesn't she?
