Okay but there's a few things i want to point out about Undisputed 2 that i think made it so good:

Nearly no cuts during the fights. This is something you can very easily notice and that modern movies need to bring back ffs. Keeps the scene smooth and cool, without it being disorienting.

Small cast with just enough personality. I guess it's something that's related to show not tell, because most of these characters got very few lines. We got to know just enough info about a small group that made them memorable enough without being too distracting.

MOVIE WASN'T HORNY ON MAIN. The characters were hot, yeah, both Yuri and George were hot as fuck, with those juicy and bouncy boobs and ass, but the movie never was like AH LOOK AT THIS THEY ARE SOOO HOT 😏 like more than one modern movie does. It simply helps to keep the focus where it belongs.

OH YEAH AND NIKOLAI #and to this you can add the warden; that one inmate that helped george first; and Boyka's tiny old man that helps him #we get to know all of these characters motivations and objectives on top of a basic understanding of their personalities #i feel like modern movies actually LACK that. sife characters just dont have that level of depth.#and that's actually kind of exclusive to this movie tbf it seems to be a hard thing to achieve in cinema #or maybe i only think so bc only i care about it and no one else #i mean i just love characters i think they help build the world better than anything else #also on the third point; i think i was clear but i want to insist on how mad that shit makes me.#i love buff guys as much as the next person but dont interrupt the movie just to show me how hot he is. let me think that if i want
