There's heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, all kinds of organ failures, but you know what's great? There's one organ that almost never unexpectedly fails: the biggest one. Your skin.

Imagine if you could just randomly suffer skin failure. If your skin could just fucking slouch off and drop to the floor.

#well okay #it's not like it falls off (usually)#but my body is actively fighting against my skin hair and nails like there is no tomorrow #and the only treatment is steroids and immunosuppresants #or getting pregnant and also getting extremely lucky that the preganacy tricks my body into calming down with the right hormone combinations #otherwise preganacy may make thibgs much worse #or trigger my immune system to start calcifying my lungs because of the protiens foetuses release #but despite all of the risks and the high chance something will go wrong doctors still suggest “have you thought about getting preganant?”#the worst part about your body just hating its own skin is when you have to cough it up because your throat starts peeling
