I’ve been peppered sprayed, and tear gassed, but not tased because of scheduling conflicts. Got out of that one! 😆 

Before I got married my last name was 13 letters long. I quickly learned that in the military having a long last name is like an instant shield. No drill sergeants wanted to yell at the alphabet when there was somebody named Smith right there instead. BTW, Alphabet is what they called somebody with a long last name that they didn’t want to try to pronounce.

When I was around six there was this really annoying kid down the road. He was a little younger than me and my twin, and he was the worst! One night me and my twin put action figures into his mailbox and told him that at night they would come to life and kill his family. He cried and we got into a lot of trouble.

I’m starting to think I wasn’t the sweetest child. 🤨

RTD was apparently giving rose a human doctor which is why he had the doctor lose his hand so he could eventually do that!! The power of their love!!

Yeah, I just really never thought about how RTD must have been planning it out for so long. That’s why I love his DW the most. Most things are more subtle and sometimes things aren’t even noticed until you rewatch it a few times. Or at least that’s how it is for me. I just prefer the subtle approach over the flashing arrows and oh so obvious, look! much mystery! of that other show runner. :p

I not once but twice killed a giant spider that ended up having it’s babies with it (?  I don’t know how it works?) so when I killed the spider all its babies scattered. It was horrible! Two times this happened to me! Now when I’m faced with killing a spider I’m always worried it’s going to multiply. Kill one, get 20!

About 15 years ago I was at Best Buy browsing the CDs when I was hit on by some guy. He asked me if I knew the band Slipknot and I said yes. He tried to tell me he was the drummer for Slipknot but I didn’t believe him. The band wear these creepy masks and most people (like me) probably have no idea what the band members actually look like. I was like...’okay, that’s cool...I’m married’ and then just awkwardly wandered away. I looked him up later and he was so not the drummer for Slipknot.

I’m 35 and I was in the USAF from 18 until my early 20s. I’m from Michigan but currently live in Texas. The military was an interesting time. 😊

Hello lovely! I saw you were looking to make some gifs, and I wondered if you'd make a set for me? One moment I love from The Thick Of It that I've never seen anyone gif is from Spinners and Losers, when Malcolm rushes in to tell Nick that he's killed the antidepressant story ("Tom is now cycling with stabilisers on."). My favorite incident in the military that I had to write a report about was a physical assault that happened at the Security Forces tech school. An element leader (kind of a low level supervisor, hard to explain) told another Airman that he should have ironed his uniform last night. The Airman responded “I ironed your mom last night” causing the element leader to punch him. I still laugh about it.

Ahhh, thank you! It’s going to haunt me too. I’m happy people like the idea and want to see it written but I’ve never even written a one shot before. There’s no way I could tackle what would have to be a rather long fic. If there’s anybody out there that wants to run with this idea please do it. Just let me know because I want to read it.
