Coming from Tenshouin that was incredibly irritating.

The guy was so sickly, that he probably shouldn't even be up himself. And yet he was telling Izumi to go to bed? Yeah, no.

"I'm aware. But I've got work I need to get done before my flight in-" he checked the time "three hours. So I'm fine, thanks."

He didn't like dealing with Eichi at the best of times, but as tired as he was, his irritation levels were already pretty high.
