oh man oh man oh man ok i never posted this one bc i started coloring it w colored pencils n then i never finished so it was just unfinished to me bUT i played fire emblem awakening and was wrecked by a nuzlocke playthrough where i got gaius and maribelle s supported and then maribelle. died. so i drew a lyric comic thing (but i was going to add in the lyrics digitally, so. rip.) set to.... a song that i cannot find???? i have the recording on my ipod of it but it's a rip from youtube that. i guess isn't there anymore. here's the poem based on it though: (and straight googling the entirety of the poem led me nowhere also so i'm just. where is this from who originally wrote it what.)

Let's just say yesterday i was anxious and overall paranoid about my ex

AND THEN HAD AN EPIPHANY DREAM

Which wasn't even solely a dream cause im lucid dreaming sometimes

It was like the fucking barbie movie

Three beautiful women:

1.an emotionally fragile one

2.The logical,but loving but still dependent

3.The independent,cool,carefree but well organised woman

ALL THREE WERE AFTER THE SAME MAN

He is the trophy,he dates all pf them for different reasons

Girl no.1 gets mostly sex,cuddles and affection behind closed doors.Thats why she yerns for dates,fun trips etc with him.But she doesn't have the courage to tell him because in her head she'll lose him.

Girl no.2 gets the best of both worlds like fucking Hannah Montana,-but not really -so exactly like Hannah Montana.Basically she gets the typical girlfriend treatment, occasional date nights,hanging out together,sex.But there aint a spark there,his eyes always look like they're missing something.

Girl no.3gets the spontaneous side of him.dates , trips, random car rides etc cause he feels so powerful around her.

There comes a moment where all three women come to the conclusion he's dating all of them .

Its a cinema day.He told girl no.1and no.2. that he's going with his boys but girl no 3 was on the menu as he started catching feelings for her.He was tired of feeling the sadness of girl no.1 and the flatness of girl no.2.He was ready for something crazy and ecstatic.

Girl no 1and 2 get into the cinema room watching him sitting next to an empty sit waiting.Girl number 1,as soon as be witnesses her walks out crying in betrayal.He doesn't even follow her,he knows she'll eventually come back. Girl number 2 does something surprising.She talks to him rationally. No anger just disappointment, betrayal.He soon realises his place was tighter than he thought

Both girls actually meet outside and girl number 2 starts this monologue about how they all three depicted a need of his instead of something original.She then proceeded to go back in meetl the girl number 3 and him and actually explain to both her late realisation.She then assured him that his safe space is never coming back,leaving the room, gaining back her sense of self and self respect . Needless to say,girl number three walks out the cinema shortly after following the other girls,on the individual parade of finding who they really are, breaking the cycle of the definition of self through the male gaze.

Prologue

On a summer where he was ridiculed and scorned by the religious for a small mistake like as always, Doppio's faith was regained when a random girl stepped in his life, bewitching him with a simple act of bravery.

Rebellious young love, the people will whisper but the boy didn't care. All until realization that he knows nothing about the girl at all while he's an open book for her to read all day long dawns upon him. The desire to take the veils of mystery off her then grew in flames but the intent in his actions was as clear as water, earning nothing but a soft giggle from the girl in return. Unbeknownst to her, her stubborn and playful nature was more magnetic than she thinks it is, drawing the attention of a certain someone she would rather not associate with at that time.

Fortunately, the clock was quick with its hands and they both have to walk different paths, leaving Doppio with only one image of her that he vaguely even knows. Hiraeth, an arcane, the girl who deeply loved the sea and the warm sun, whose heart is as colorful as an opal was all he knows.

What he doesn't know, is that the same girl grew up to be one of the greatest pretenders he'll ever come across in his lifetime.

You’ve fallen in love with something that’s a detour from your usual style. Is it a fleeting fancy? Will you love it long-term? And how do you make it work with the rest of your stuff without starting over? These are the questions I’ve had in mind as I worked on this edition of Making it Yours, and it’s time for the final look!

These pink Elroy chairs are the cutest. They’re also super trendy. If you fell hard for chevron, only to grow tired of it after seeing it everywhere, or loved boho and macramé until all of a sudden you didn’t, you might be (understandably) shy about jumping on board with the current crop of 80s-influenced pieces.

You shouldn’t paint your walls white because Instagram wants you to, just like you shouldn’t choose a dark color because I want you to! Our homes are personal, and the decisions to decorate and furnish them should be too. So yes, there is a strong trend showing up in this pair of pink chairs we’re looking at, but if you love them (and extrapolate this to whatever it is that you love), I want to show how they can work with the things you already own and continue to work years from now as your needs and tastes change. This third look imagines the chairs making their way to a spare room being used as an occasional home office and guest room.

We’ve already seen the coffee table, lamp, and planter in use. We reuse pieces around our homes in real life, so I do in my MiY series as well. I also imagine what this person would be drawn to over time, and you can see that in some of the choices below.

She had tassels in the first room, and I’ve brought back tassels in another form here. The brass side table would have worked a third time, but instead I brought in a small indigo velvet stool to pull up to the secretary desk. And speaking of the desk, I wouldn’t pair it with the dresser from earlier looks in the same room, but to go somewhere else in the house you could see that they would appeal to the same person.

Ray Selenite Pendant Lamp, CB2 I’m into lights with gemstones. Selenite (in case you aren’t familiar) is a form of gypsum that looks a lot like quartz, though sometimes cloudier or more pearly. It’s also very soft, and I’m assuming the store is delicately packaging this light accordingly? (You can scratch it with your nails. Sometimes nerdy teenage interests translate into useful knowledge!)

Vintage Batik King and Jester, Maude Woods They are a delight. A delight, I tell you!

Darby Green Handwoven Pillow, Crate & Barrel The room needed a little texture, and I like a mix of color saturation (here, muted walls and inside of the secretary, bolder in the pillows)

Peter Dunham Textiles Fig Leaf Pillow, Hollywood at Home This is double-sided and coming from the ‘official’ store, but there are sellers on Etsy making more affordable versions backed with a solid color.

Switch Coffee Table, Crate & Barrel Maybe I should have switched the top and bottom, just to show that you can? You can.

Tasseled Door Decoration, Anthropologie I think I need this little cutie in my life.

Promenade + Brighton Throw, Schoolhouse Electric I didn’t include bedding for the sofa when it’s functioning as a bed, but I pictured all white, plus the throw pillows and this blanket for color/pattern.

Christine Secretary Desk, Ballard Designs I love this so much; I wish I had a project that it would be a good fit for! I chose this independently of the wall color, but how happy an accident that they work together.

Arc Gray Large Planter, Unison Interesting planters are always such a nice detail.

Serena Teal Blue Vase, CB2 So round, so cute.

Totem Table Lamp (Large), West Elm The stacked shapes speak to the curves in the chairs and elsewhere.

Ball Green Paint, Farrow & Ball Leans neutral, a muddy celadon color.

Block Party Framed Art, Target (Project 62) Target has been killing it with these canvas prints lately! Great style, size, and price.

Piper Stool (Indigo Velvet), One Kings Lane Comes in so many colors, and the little brass banding detail is smart.

Pink Elroy Left and Right Arm Chairs, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams The chairs we’ve been basing all three of these looks around, of course. Love ’em.

Lucent Rug (Teal Blue), West Elm Yummy, yummy color. Beware though, viscose is for low-traffic rooms (which this is).

Oneira Sofa Bed (Tidal Blue), Article I imagined this as an office/occasional guest room, and a sofa bed is great for that situation. Beyond that though, I actually prefer the skirted look to ground a sofa in contrast to the curvy and airy geometry of the chairs.

With the Bucci Gang

► Alright, we're gonna start with Hiraeth since she's the only one they know.

► Her first meeting with the gang outside Passione is just like any other, pretty uneventful. But that's because they're in the middle of a mission and it just so happens that they needed a place to stay in for a night and ended at the hotel where she works at.

► Hiraeth, as usual, recognized them immediately thanks to Bucciarati being the popular one in the group. In fact, it was him that she got along with first when they checked in.

► The others followed when Mista requested her to be the one to serve them everytime they come back so he could hit on her in which Hiraeth just laughed off knowing exactly that the gunslinger is literally just old enough to be her son(She's 29)

► That's the reason why Mista almost choked to his death that night when she revealed her age^

► They got to keep in touch with her after that night thanks to Bucciarati so she'd sometimes be invited to come over on special occasions but most of the time it's just either Trish, Fugo, and Abbachio going shopping or Narancia wanting to go to the arcade and eat ice cream but everyone's too busy to go out with him.

► First time Bucciarati heard about it^ he almost gave her his whole wallet in exchange for the trouble of having to babysit the 17 y/o boy and Narancia got scolded lmao

► He and the other two torture dance boys may or may not also spam her with messages everytime they're in *real* trouble and telling Bucciarati about it is not in the options anymore (Abbachio in the bg telling them to stop dragging her into it while Giorno and Trish watches concerned in the corner lol)

► Long story short, she officially became that chill auntie that everyone trusts with their secrets.

With La Squadra

► Now we're getting real ;)

► Hiraeth has a whole ass history with these guys so she doesn't really need to hide her identity with them.

► It all started in highschool with her being in the same class as Risotto and years later they bump into each other again but this time, it's inside the mafia, which they both find quite ironic since they're both the well-behaved kids back then.

► Because of this, it wasn't that hard for Hiraeth to get into Passione and it's also why Oneira exists. Risotto knows that Hiraeth still has a life outside the mafia unlike him and strictly ordered her to never let anyone know about it.

► So what's better disguise than looking like your Capo's crazy twin sister, right?

► Fast forward to La Squadra finding out who Oneira is anyway since you can't really hide anything for that long in a group of nine men.

► Now that they know what she looks like under that cake of white face paint and eyeliner, she has to say goodbye and go solo for safety purposes.

► "Fucking great job, Illuso." "Hey, it wasn't just me! "

► Going solo and building a name for herself after leaving the gang didn't start well either since rumors are inevitable so Oneira really has to avoid La Squadra and lay-low until the rumors subside.

► But sometimes she'll slip in and surprise everyone in the hideout which always ends up with them drinking and trashing the place all night then waking up with Risotto sitting across them with a glare.

► Worry not though, Oneira wouldn't be there to suffer Risotto's wrath since she'll be long gone along with Sorbet and Gelato before their capo could even go back home.

► Cue to three of them laughing like maniacs at 6AM as they drive to Oneira's house to hide using Ghiaccio's car that's covered in pink glitter and puke, with Melone passed out naked and tied in the trunk.

► "Hello?! This is Formaggio, where the hell are you guys?! Gelato, i could hear you guys laughing, come back here you cowards! Risotto's gonna kill us!" "I'm sorry but we missed the part where that's our problem*hangs up*"

With the JoFoes

► This would be a whole another AU from the ones above since Hiraeth only knows Diavolo and Doppio but her with the other villains would be more chaotic than when she's with La Squadra.

► Since this is an AU where Hiraeth doesn't really have to be either Oneira or Maestra, she can do whatever she wants(Hell yeah)

► So if they ever watched JJBA with her, they all better prepare to be bullied for the next 5 days.

► "Dio, wHY?! " "Imagine getting your ass kicked before stands even existed. Atleast, you're sexy though. " "DIO please, you look like a banana fuckboy and you kill dogs. " "Kira, i don't even know where to start. " "Maybe if you stopped shouting your stupid villain monologue then you would've gotten the arrow. "

► Everyone's laughing until it's their turn to be bullied for the dumb shit they did in the show. No one's truly safe except for those whose parts still hasn't gotten an anime adaptation.

► "Atleast we know basic math, Hiraeth. Go back to Fugo and join Narancia, maybe you'd learn something from that 16 year old. " "HOW DARE YOU?! "

► When i said no one's safe, i meant it^

► Don't worry, they're all still buddies and would still start fires together at the end of the day.

Hiraeth was also born on Friday, granting her the title of being the little crow of the family. Many saw her as the bringer of bad luck because of this but Hiraeth and her friends thought otherwise.

Though she was born in her Philippines, Hiraeth was mostly raised in Canada and a lot of other countries as her mom travels a lot.

× Occupation: A hotel staff in a small hotel in Rome, a solo hitman of Passione(Oneira), right-hand man of the Elderin's head(Maestra)

Elderin is an another criminal organization that's been butting heads with Passione since way before Hiraeth even joined the mafia, in which she decided to play risky by joining both of them.

× Stand Name: IV of Spades

IV of Spades is Hireath's favorite band, introduced to her by her friends from her home country.

× Stand Ability: Secondary

With the help of the eyeballs wrapped around his neck, IV of Spades gives Hiraeth the ability to scan a person's body. Outer parts of the body isn't the limit of IVOS's ability as he can also see through skin, making him extremely useful when put side to side with the healers/doctors.

× Main Ability: Sweet Shadow

IVOS's main ability which can only be used if the key that floats in the stand's stomach was pierced right in the middle of the enemy's forehead. This unlocks the true power of IVOS's eyes and lets its user enter a person's soul like it's a different world. That world is called a 'Soul Domain' where memories, fears, and a lot of other personal stuff are stored and each of all of those are accessable to Hiraeth. Messing with a certain thing in the domain has lot of different outcomes ranging from slight memory loss to insanity (Think of it as something similar to Inception but the possibilities are limited). A downside to IVOS is that he can't last long in direct fights unlike most fighter stands and will have to rely on his user's battle skills and precision. Hence, ambush attacks are Hiraeth's specialty.
