you ever meet up with people hoping you'll click and then when you meet you just think "woah, you have your life together wayyyy better than me and have like actual ambitions and shit"

today i met with some potential roommates and it was like oh lol you guys have like real mature people lives and aren't just crust goblins who bounce somewhere between nerd and total freak

also they were like "yeah if three of us have this place you pay like $800-something in rent but x is leaving later in the year and y is thinking about just having it be 2 people after that so it'd be like 1k in rent each" like lol i do not make enough for 1k in rent

(also if by some insane long shot anyone who follows me knows anyone looking for roommates in northern chicago let me know lol)
