theory of the day: i don't think the person who is sending/receiving messages from the ship's company in the simulation is henry. what purpose would it serve henry if the ship sinks? he's trying to get the tools to wake up and if the ship sinks, then everything resets itself, elliot and daniel will be already en route to the next loop, and sebastian is stuck back at square one. also daniel's fear that elliot stopping time will alert something to their presence seems weird if he knows who sebastian is working for (wouldn't sebastian have shared with henry that elliot is running around by that point?) so i really think there's something afoot that henry and sebastian assume is maura's doing and that we as the audience might be meant to assume is henry's doing.

but honestly, i think whoever is sending sink ship messages and starting the calling and sending a fog to interrupt the ship's journey is 100% ciaran. he probably doesn't want either maura or henry to wake up, so what better way to stop them than like this?
