kim dokja is the patron saint of the shitty job. any job youve ever had that you hated he was right there with you. hate your bad customer service job? kim dokja is rolling his eyes at annoying customers with you. hate your shitty warehouse job? kim dokja is next to you and his back hurts just as bad dont worry. hate your torturous office job? well that one goes without saying. at any point you can envision kim dokja next to you, glancing longingly at the clock and encouraging you to take a 20 minute shit so you can read webnovels on the toilet. and i think thats beautiful.

welp. I made a kim dokja kinnie bingo I apologise if it's not completely accurate some parts had to be a bit simplified - such as "loves others but harsh on self" mostly applying to those he cares about - and I wanted to make sure it wasn't all just mental illness symptoms (also I feel a lot of this is late novel / epilogue kdj)

to love is to look back. when eurydice was behind, orpheus looked back. when kim dokja remained on that train, han sooyoung and yoo joonghyuk looked back. yoohankim is love at its most tragic but also love at its most beautiful, bc no matter what, even when kim dokja thinks he’s not deserving of such devotion, han sooyoung and yoo joonghyuk will always look back. from the 0th regression all the way to han sooyoung in the 1863rd regression. it’s a story that’ll loop forever bc love isn’t linear or rational or easily explained away. they love each other in a way so complete and circular that it can be felt over and over again.
