As I'm rereading the first NJPW fic I ever bookmarked, I'm absolutely not surprised to find that it's one written by the marvelous Kagayaki. The chaotic energy of Hiromu on this one is especially well rendered without being over the top and that's always been Kagayaki's forte: characterization. Up With the Sun is only a part of a bigger serie, a great serie by the way, focusing on Hiromu and Desperado, their problems with communication and some really nice kinkplay.

In that same serie Stray Dog At Night became a classic. I recommend to begin with Masks, the first chapter, even if you don’t have to, their dynamic is breathtaking in that one.

This one’s explicit but not kinky. You still have to be a registered user to read all of Kagayaki’s fics but it’s definitely worth it.
