in other news i've spent most of this morning working on everything in halves chapter 5 - 3600 words thus far! this baby is a particularly load-bearing chapter so i anticipate its going to be long + require multiple rewrites but hopefully i can use this mini-vacation as a good kickstart

#about a month ago i realized i was getting hella burned out #so i decided to take a few days off lest i become the joker #coincidentally this week is my birthday AND a week i didn't have anything important booked #so i'm taking wed-fri off!! yipee!#an extra benefit that its a week i'm working with an attending that really annoys me (based)#and accidentally during a three-day strike (hella based)#AND its my birthday tomorrow (triple based combo)#oh. oops no pun intended considering i'm turning 33 #i usually hate my birthday and have a bit of an existential crisis around this time of year #oooh i've been thinking about that a lot actually i'm going to post that in another post lmao #woohoo time off time to post nonsense on my blog! as god intended!
